Abstract
本发明公开了预紧、浮动阀座双向全金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、压板圈和蝶板,阀杆沿阀体径向插设在阀体内,阀杆与阀体之间转动且密封连接,蝶板设在阀体内,阀杆与蝶板通过销钉固定连接,阀杆一端连接有驱动机构,压板圈通过螺钉固定在蝶板上,阀体内设有一圈堆焊层,所述蝶板与压板圈之间设有圆环形的密封阀座,密封阀座的外圆与堆焊层密封接触,蝶板上开设有圆孔槽,圆孔槽内设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧一端与密封阀座顶压配合。本发明结构简单、设计合理,压缩弹簧使密封阀座在很小的间隙内可以轴向浮动,最终达到双向密封效果,密封阀座为全金属密封结构形式,不仅耐冲刷、耐高温、耐高压而且使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于管道上的阀门,尤其涉及一种预紧、浮动阀座双向全金属硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,同时也可用于低压管道介质的开关控制。蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。
蝶阀的密封结构大致由阀体、阀杆、压板圈、蝶板、螺丝等组成,多为三偏心结构形式。阀体密封面为直接堆焊不锈钢或硬质合金材料经精加工而成。密封阀座采用不锈钢片+复合材料,即称为多层次硬密封形式,通常将密封阀座用螺丝固定在蝶板上。这种结构的密封阀座固定后与蝶板成为一体不能做任何方向的移动,即无移动间隙。
组成蝶板密封结构的各零部件(蝶板、压板圈、密封阀座)因相互之间用螺丝固定、压紧后成为一体,又与阀杆固定而无移动,与阀体密封面接触达到密封效果靠的是紧密的配合及尺寸精度,尤其是阀杆与轴孔的间隙直接影响密封效果,特别是反向压力时密封效果更差。也就是说老产品很难承受反向介质压力而发生泄漏,即为单向密封蝶阀。另外,密封阀座为不锈钢片+复合材料(多层次)结构,长期使用受到介质的冲刷将复合材料冲刷掉而发生泄漏,使用寿命短、耐压低是这种蝶阀的致命缺点。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种密封性好、耐冲刷、耐高温、耐高压、使用寿命长的预紧、浮动阀座双向全金属硬密封蝶阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:预紧、浮动阀座双向全金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、压板圈和蝶板,阀杆沿阀体径向插设在阀体内,阀杆与阀体之间转动且密封连接,蝶板设在阀体内,阀杆与蝶板通过销钉固定连接,阀杆一端连接有驱动机构,压板圈通过螺钉固定在蝶板上,阀体内设有一圈堆焊层,所述蝶板与压板圈之间设有圆环形的密封阀座,密封阀座的外圆与堆焊层密封接触,蝶板上开设有圆孔槽,圆孔槽内设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧一端与密封阀座顶压配合。
所述密封阀座由整体结构的全金属材料制成,密封阀座的内圈、蝶板和压板圈之间形成圆环形的填料函,填料函内填充有密封填料,密封填料为柔性石墨。
所述蝶板上设有圆环形的凹槽,密封阀座上设有伸入到凹槽内的凸台,蝶板与密封阀座之间由此形成止口结构的连接方式,密封阀座与蝶板之间形成截面为止口形状的浮动间隙。
采用上述技术方案,蝶板与密封阀座之间的连接方式起到防止介质直截冲进填料函中洗刷柔性石墨,起保护柔性石墨填料作用。填料函的形成是在组装后自然形成一个填料池。压板圈的底部有一个凸台与自然形成的填料函配合,起密封填料压盖的作用,在螺钉紧固的过程中同时压缩弹簧、压紧密封填料和密封阀座并保留一定的浮动间隙。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,压缩弹簧使密封阀座在很小的间隙内可以轴向浮动,在弹簧力的作用下密封阀座的密封面受到正向压力时,阀板外圆密封面与阀体上的堆焊层密封面压力越大贴的越紧密封效果越好,当受到反向压力时,密封阀座可以轴向浮动来补偿阀杆与轴承间的间隙,不使密封副脱离而造成密封泄漏,最终达到双向密封效果。另外,本发明将原来的密封阀座为不锈钢片+复合材料(多层次)结构改为全金属密封结构形式,不仅耐冲刷、耐高温、耐高压而且使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明的预紧、浮动阀座双向全金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2、压板圈3和蝶板4,阀杆2沿阀体1径向插设在阀体1内,阀杆2与阀体1之间转动且密封连接,蝶板4设在阀体1内,阀杆2与蝶板4通过销钉5固定连接,阀杆2一端连接有驱动机构,驱动机构包括电动机6和减速机7,减速机7的动力输出端与阀杆2键连接,压板圈3通过螺钉9固定在蝶板4上,阀体1内设有一圈堆焊层8,蝶板4与压板圈3之间设有圆环形的密封阀座10,密封阀座10的外圆与堆焊层8密封接触,蝶板4上开设有圆孔槽11,圆孔槽11内设有压缩弹簧12,压缩弹簧12一端与密封阀座10顶压配合。
密封阀座10由整体结构的全金属材料制成,密封阀座10的内圈、蝶板4和压板圈3之间形成圆环形的填料函,填料函内填充有密封填料13,密封填料13为柔性石墨。
蝶板4上设有圆环形的凹槽14,密封阀座10上设有伸入到凹槽14内的凸台15,蝶板4与密封阀座10之间由此形成止口结构的连接方式,密封阀座10与蝶板4之间形成截面为止口形状的浮动间隙16。
蝶板4与密封阀座10之间的连接方式起到防止介质直截冲进填料函中洗刷柔性石墨,起保护柔性石墨填料作用。填料函的形成是在组装后自然形成一个填料池。压板圈3的底部有一个凸台15与自然形成的填料函配合,起密封填料13压盖的作用,在螺钉9紧固的过程中同时压缩弹簧12、压紧密封填料13和密封阀座10并保留一定的浮动间隙16。

1.预紧、浮动阀座双向全金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、压板圈和蝶板,阀杆沿阀体径向插设在阀体内,阀杆与阀体之间转动且密封连接,蝶板设在阀体内,阀杆与蝶板通过销钉固定连接,阀杆一端连接有驱动机构,压板圈通过螺钉固定在蝶板上,阀体内设有一圈堆焊层,其特征在于:所述蝶板与压板圈之间设有圆环形的密封阀座,密封阀座的外圆与堆焊层密封接触,蝶板上开设有圆孔槽,圆孔槽内设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧一端与密封阀座顶压配合;
