背景技术
目前,随着现代工业的发展,工业上的退镀也需要随之提高,在退镀过程中,所需要的退镀液大多含有有毒成分,会对操作人员的健康产生危害,退镀效果依赖操作人员对退镀时间的控制,退镀时间过短,退镀不完全,退镀时间过长,则即造成产品的浪费,又会产生侧蚀而提高产品的不良率,且效率低下,所退镀后的产品退镀不干净、不美观。

实施例:如图2所示,加工过程,先进行在塑料件表面除去灰尘,在往上面喷上UV底漆,等待底漆固化,再进行电镀、丝印,后进入退镀工作,退镀完之后固化色漆,放入烘烤机内烘烤固化,用挂架下挂,通过检验员检查合格完后,最后成品入库。
