本实用新型涉及卫浴的生产企业在使用机器人进行玻璃钢喷涂时的质量控制装置,尤其是一种导纱报警器,与机器人控制系统配合,设在二个导纱环之间,纤维纱张紧在二个导纱环之间,在二个导纱环之间依序设有检测开关、上光电开关、下光电开关和悬浮重力块,检测开关、上光电开关、下光电开关的信号输入到机器人控制系统中。彻底解决了因机器人喷涂纤维出现状况而产生的质量问题。有效推进了机器人在卫浴行业的运用,可以把劳动强度大、环境较恶劣的工作岗位交给机器人来操作,把劳动力从中解放出来。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及卫浴生产企业在使用机器人进行玻璃钢喷涂时的质量控制装置,尤其是一种导纱报警器。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,机器人技术不断应用于各个行业,在电子、汽车制造及其零部件生产行业使用机器人比较成熟,然而卫浴产品行业使用机器人才刚刚尝试。
从目前申请人的研发部门的试验记录来看:机器人很适合大批量、大规模化的卫浴生产,主要是机器人喷涂,通过技术提高等条件,增加产出率,减少运营成本、减少物料浪费,提升效益,提高产品质量。
但是机器人用于玻璃钢喷涂时,通过把喷枪和机器人有效结合,喷枪负责把树脂、纤维、固化剂喷涂在卫浴产品上,机器人负责按程序带领喷枪走位,因为机器人只是单一执行程序动作,有时出现纤维断裂,喷纱枪头堵塞、纤维被杂物勾住等情况时,不能对正在喷纱的状态进行有效的判断,故仍旧带领喷枪喷涂走位,造成产品缺少纱线而报废。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种导纱报警器,当出现纤维断裂,喷纱枪头堵塞、纤维被杂物勾住等问题时,能准确判断。
针对现有技术的不足之处提出所要解决的问题,一种导纱报警器,与机器人控制系统配合,设在二个导纱环之间,纤维纱张紧在二个导纱环上,在二个导纱环之间依序设有检测开关、上光电开关、下光电开关和悬浮重力块,检测开关、上光电开关、下光电开关的信号输入到机器人控制系统中。
当机器人喷涂时,其工作原理是:
当机器人正常喷涂时,纤维纱的前端有拉力,在上光电开关范围运行;
喷枪嘴纤维堵塞或纤维纱断裂时,纤维纱的前端无拉力,纤维纱上的悬浮重力块,自然下垂,降到下光电开关,光电开关输出信号,机器人立刻停止,并进行断点记忆,维修人员马上进行检修,当故障排除,启动机器人,重原先停止的地方,继续喷涂,完成整个程序;
当喷涂运行中纤维纱被杂物勾住,而喷枪仍旧运行时,纤维纱的前端有拉力,致使纤维纱绷紧,触动检测开关,检测开关输出信号,机器人立刻停止,并进行断点记忆,维修人员马上进行检修,当故障排除,启动机器人,重原先停止的地方,继续喷涂,完成整个程序。
本实用新型主要解决机器人玻璃钢喷涂时,对有时纤维断裂,喷纱枪头堵塞,纤维被杂物勾住,不能正常喷纱的状态进行有效的判断,消除因故障仍旧喷涂走位,消除了因产品缺少纤维而报废的情况。
在上述方案基础上,所述的控制系统包括启动、转入宏程序、读取喷涂程序、执行喷涂程序模块,其中:所述的启动按照设定的T1、T2时间,在规定的T1时间内打开喷涂开关自动喷涂;然后,等待T2时间,在T2时间内,根据按键扫描值,切换状态到转入宏程序或读取加工程序;检测喷涂位和压力开关信号,如果超出范围切换状态到执行喷涂程序。
在上述方案基础上,所述的转入宏程序是根据操作者按键,实现人工强制喷涂,释放喷涂操作后30秒切换到启动。
在上述方案基础上,所述的读取加工程序是可实现用户通过按键设置T1和T2的时间,时间设置操作完成,或停止操作按键30秒后自动切换到启动。
在上述方案基础上,所述的执行喷涂程序显示错误代码,打开报警控制继电器,等待操作者解除故障,按键切换到启动。

具体实施方式   
如附图1本实用新型结构示意图所示,一种导纱报警器,与机器人控制系统配合,设在左、右导纱环1、6之间,纤维纱7张紧在左、右导纱环1、6上,在左、右导纱环1、6之间依序设有检测开关2、上、下光电开关3、4和悬浮重力块5,检测开关2、上光电开关3、下光电开关4的信号输入到机器人控制系统中。
当机器人正常喷涂时,纤维纱7的前端有拉力,在上光电开关范围运行;当纤维纱失去张力,在悬浮重力块5重力作用下,下光电开关输出信号指示机器人停机,并进行断点记忆,当故障接触完成,启动机器人并从原先停止的地方,继续喷涂,完成整个喷涂程序;或纤维纱张紧力过大时检测开关2指示机器人停机,并进行断点记忆,当故障接触完成,启动机器人并从原先停止的地方,继续喷涂,完成整个喷涂程序。

所述的控制系统包括启动、转入宏程序、读取喷涂程序、执行喷涂程序模块,输入PLC,其中:
所述的启动按照设定的T1、T2时间,在规定的T1时间内打开喷涂开关自动喷涂;然后,等待T2时间,在T2时间内,根据按键扫描值,切换状态到转入宏程序或读取加工程序;检测喷涂位和压力开关信号,如果超出范围切换状态到执行喷涂程序;
所述的转入宏程序是根据操作者按键,实现人工强制喷涂,释放喷涂操作后30秒切换到启动;
所述的读取加工程序:可实现用户通过按键设置T1和T2的时间,时间设置操作完成,或停止操作按键30秒后自动切换到启动;
所述的执行喷涂程序:显示错误代码,打开报警控制继电器,等待操作者解除机械故障,按RESET键切换到启动。

Claims (2)

1.一种导纱报警器,与机器人控制系统配合,设在二个导纱环之间,纤维纱张紧在二个导纱环之间,其特征在于:在二个导纱环之间依序设有检测开关、上光电开关、下光电开关和悬浮重力块,检测开关、上光电开关、下光电开关的信号输入到机器人控制系统中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导纱报警器,其特征在于:所述的控制系统包括启动、转入宏程序、读取喷涂程序、执行喷涂程序模块。
