背景技术
石油工业中钻井起着非常重要的作用,而钻井的关键设备是泥浆泵。 
目前,传统泥浆泵的机械转换机构是通过曲柄滑块结构将旋转运动变成往复运动来实现活塞做功,满足不了现代钻井新工艺的要求,传统转换机构存在冲击力大,惯性大,摩擦功耗大,气密性低,运转速度低的技术缺限。 
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中存在的技术缺限,提供了一种石油钻井泥浆泵。 
本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种石油钻井泥浆泵,其特征在于,所述泥浆泵采用由动力轴通过两个对称安装的平键连接由中心球面中心为支点支撑的斜盘组成 的转换机构。 
所述泥浆泵转换机构可带动至少两个缸体,活塞杆一头连接斜盘,另一头连接活塞。 
所述活塞底部设置L形密封圈。 
本实用新型相对于现有技术,采用新型转换机构,实现提高功率,减小体积的目的,而且气密性大大提高。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的一种石油钻井泥浆泵,1为泥浆泵动力轴,动力轴1两旁对称安装平键2,在中心球面4中心为支点的支撑斜盘3上组成的转换机构上带动两个缸体5,活塞杆8一头连接斜盘3,另一头连接活塞6,活塞6底部设置L形密封圈。 
本装置泥浆泵,结构简单,体积小,气密性强。

1.一种石油钻井泥浆泵,其特征在于,所述泥浆泵采用由动力轴(1)通过两个对称安装的平键(2)连接由中心球面(4)中心为支点支撑的斜盘(3)组成的转换机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种石油钻井泥浆泵,其特征在于,所述泥浆泵转换机构可带动至少两个缸体(5),活塞杆(8)一头连接斜盘(3),另一头连接活塞(6)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种石油钻井泥浆泵,其特征在于,所述活塞(6)底部设置L形密封圈(7)。
