本实用新型涉及一种双机头挤塑机,包括螺杆挤出机,螺杆挤出机的出料端设有两个挤出模头,螺杆挤出机与两个挤出模头之间具有一个物料分配器,物料分配器内具有两个流道,两个流道分别连通两个挤出模头,两个流道上均设有球阀,物料分配器中的两个流道呈人字形对称分布,两个挤出模头对称设置在物料分配器上,本实用新型采用双机头设计,能够有效的提高生产效率,控制成本。

本实用新型涉及一种挤塑机,具体涉及一种双机头挤塑机。 
背景技术
在塑料挤出成型设备中,塑料挤出机通常称之为主机,而与其配套的后续设备塑料挤出成型机则称为辅机。塑料挤出机经过100多年的发展,已由原来的单螺杆衍生出双螺杆、多螺杆,甚至无螺杆等多种机型,目前以单螺杆挤出机应用最为广泛,塑料挤出机(主机)可以与管材、薄膜、捧材、单丝、扁丝、打包带、挤网、板(片)材、异型材、造粒、电缆包覆等各种塑料成型辅机匹配,组成各种塑料挤出成型生产线,生产各种塑料制品。因此,塑料挤出成型机械无论现在或将来,都是塑料加工行业中得到广泛应用的机种之一,挤塑机由挤压系统、传动系统和加热冷却系统组成。 
挤塑机是利用特定形状的螺杆,在加热的机筒中旋转,将由斗料中送来的塑料向前挤压,使塑料均匀的塑化,通过机头和不同形状的模具,使塑料挤压成连续性的所需要的各种形状的塑料。在实际生产中,一方面经常出现更换生产型号,换模具,或者机头损坏维修等一系列问题导致机器停机闲置,造成资源浪费,大大降低了生产的效率,另一方面,单机头的挤出机,效率比较低,而投入更多的挤出机,从企业控制成本角度来讲,是不经济的。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为了避免更换模具,机头维修,单机头生产效率低下的问题,本实用新型提供一种双机头挤塑机,利用两个机头来提高生产效率。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双机头挤塑机,包括螺杆挤出机,所述的螺杆挤出机的出料端设有两个挤出模头,所述的螺杆挤出机与两个挤出模头之间具有一个物料分配器,所述的物料分配器内具有两个流道,两个流道分别连通两个挤出模头,所述的两个流道上均设有控制阀。 
为了便于控制,所述的控制阀,包括2个球阀,分别独立控制两个流道。 
为了出料更加均匀,物料分配器中的两个流道呈人字形对称分布,两个挤出模头对称设置在物料分配器上。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型采用双机头设计,能够有效的提高生产效率,控制成本。

本实用新型所述的双机头挤塑机,包括螺杆挤出机1,螺杆挤出机1的出料端设有两个挤出模头2,螺杆挤出机1与两个挤出模头2之间具有一个物料分配 器3,物料分配器3内具有两个流道,两个流道分别连通两个挤出模头2,两个流道上均设有控制阀4,控制阀4包括2个球阀,分别独立控制两个流道,物料分配器3中的两个流道呈人字形对称分布,两个挤出模头2对称设置在物料分配器3上。 
在实际生产过程中,当其中一个机头需要更换模具,或者维修时,我们可以关闭控制该机头的阀门,通过另一个机头继续使用,当生产量大的时候,我们可以同时打开两个阀门,两个机头一起工作。

1.一种双机头挤塑机,其特征在于:包括螺杆挤出机(1),所述的螺杆挤出机(1)的出料端设有两个挤出模头(2),所述的螺杆挤出机(1)与两个挤出模头(2)之间具有一个物料分配器(3),所述的物料分配器内具有两个流道,两个流道分别连通两个挤出模头(2),所述的两个流道上均设有控制阀(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的双机头挤塑机,其特征是:所述的控制阀(4),包括2个球阀,分别独立控制两个流道。
3.如权利要求1所述的双机头挤塑机,其特征是:所述的物料分配器(3)中的两个流道呈人字形对称分布,所述的两个挤出模头(2)对称设置在物料分配器(3)上。
