本实用新型涉及一种模具,尤其是涉及一种多孔泡棉产品的模切模具。 
背景技术
泡棉材料厚而且软,模切时容易变形,孔多且不易排废,全部材料厚度为1.2mm,产品公差小,为了避免加工时产品变形导致产品尺寸超差,采用平刀套冲模切平刀套冲,加工过程中的问题,小孔排废严重不畅,主要有2种形式:A:小孔废料有80%堵在产品中,造成后续手工排废人均每小时只能处理500片;B:小孔废料堵在下模板中,由于经常会堵死下模板排废孔,以至于机器每冲切。500-800次就需要停机清理下模板内的废料,清理一次大约1小时,本实用新型具杜绝了废料堵板,省掉了原来每500-800冲停机清废动作,既提高了机器产能,也避免了因为经常清废对模板照成的损伤。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足,提供一种多孔泡棉产品的模切模具。 
实现本实用新型发明目的技术方案如下: 
一种多孔泡棉产品的模切模具,包括:上模板和下模板,所述的模具上设置下模板和上模板,将下模板镂空,落废料行程由原来的15mm改为3mm,杜绝了废料堵板,省掉了原来每500-800冲停机清废工作,既提高了机器产能,也避免了因为经常清废对模板照成的损伤,将上模板冲针长度由原来的16mm改为17.5mm,使得废料完全卡在下模板中,不会弹起堵在产品孔中。 
本实用新型通过改进,产品由原来每个班12小时产出28K,到现在每个班12小时产出64K,效率提高了近1.3倍,满足了客户每天近100K的订单需求。

如图1和图2所示,一种多孔泡棉产品的模切模具,包括:上模板和下模板,所述的模具3上设置下模板1和上模板2,将下模板1镂空, 落废料行程由原来的15mm改为3mm,杜绝了废料堵板,省掉了原来每500-800冲停机清废动作,既提高了机器产能,也避免了因为经常清废对模板照成的损伤,将上模板2冲针长度由原来的16mm改为17.5mm,使得废料完全卡在下模板中,不会弹起堵在产品孔中。

1.一种多孔泡棉产品的模切模具,包括:上模板和下模板,其特征在于:所述的模具上设置下模板和上模板,将下模板镂空,落废料行程由原来的15mm改为3mm,杜绝了废料堵板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔泡棉产品的模切模具,其特征在于:将上模板冲针长度由原来的16mm改为17.5mm,使得废料完全卡在下模板中,不会弹起堵在产品孔中。
