Abstract

本发明涉及一种冲压模具领域,尤其是用于冷冲压生产中连续模具冲裁方法,冲裁时,脱料板下行,使弹性入块一起下行,同时弹簧被压缩并压住脱料板和弹性入块中间的材料,然后进行冲裁,等模具闭模后,即冲裁完成,脱料板上行,被压缩的弹簧恢复到原始状态,将弹性入块顶出,使材料脱离冲头,在刃口入块的上部避空,冲裁的废料从避空位置出去,吹气装置将冲裁的废料从刃口入块中吹出,完成连续模具向上冲裁,解决了特殊结构的产品,下模无法做刃口或能做出刃口而极容易崩刃、产生毛刺以及无法完成连续冲裁的问题,满足了生产需求,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及一种冲压模具领域,尤其是用于冷冲压生产中连续模具冲裁方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的冲压连续模具都是向下的冲裁,其有一定的局限性,遇到上小下大的锥度孔,这样特殊的产品结构,下模无法做刃口或能做出刃口而极容易崩刃、产生毛刺等,这些问题无法满足正常生产需要,或反方向的冲裁要求就无法完成全连续冲裁,必须再用单工序模具来实现产品的加工,造成生产效率低下,制造成本增加。
发明内容
针对现有模具结构单一冲裁方向的技术不足,本发明提供了一种连续模具向上的冲裁方法,解决了特殊结构的产品,下模无法做刃口或能做出刃口而极容易崩刃、产生毛刺以及无法完成连续冲裁的问题,满足了生产需求,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:向上冲裁的连续模具,将冲头固定在下垫板上,下模板设计活动弹性入块,脱料板设计刃口入块,冲裁时,脱料板下行,使弹性入块一起下行,同时弹簧被压缩并压住脱料板和弹性入块中间的材料,然后进行冲裁,等模具闭模后,即冲裁完成,脱料板上行,被压缩的弹簧恢复到原始状态,将弹性入块顶出,使材料脱离冲头,在刃口入块的上部避空,冲裁的废料从避空位置出去,吹气装置将冲裁的废料从刃口入块中吹出,完成连续模具整个向上冲裁。
本发明的有益效果是连续模具的冲裁方法,解决了冲裁特殊结构产品所产生的弊端,提高了生产效率,降低了生产制造成本,结构简单,易于操作。

具体实施方式
附图中,将冲头(10)固定在下垫板(4)上,下垫板(4)起到夹板固定的作用,下模板(3)设计活动弹性入块(9),脱料板(1)设计刃口入块(6),冲裁时,脱料板(1)下行,使弹性入块(9)一起下行,弹簧(5)被压缩并压住脱料板(1)和弹性入块(9)中间的材料(8),然后进行冲裁,等模具闭模后,即冲裁完成,脱料板(1)上行,被压缩的弹簧(5)恢复到原始状态,将弹性入块(9)顶出,使材料(8)脱离冲头(10),在刃口入块(6)的上部避空,冲裁的废料(7)从该避空位置出去,吹气装置(2)将冲裁的废料(7)从刃口入块(6)中吹出,完成连续模具整个向上冲裁。

1.一种连续模具向上的冲裁方法,其特征是:将冲头固定在下垫板上,下模板设计活动弹性入块,脱料板设计刃口入块;冲裁时,脱料板下行,使弹性入块一起下行,同时弹簧被压缩并压住脱料板和弹性入块中间的材料,然后进行冲裁,等模具闭模后,即冲裁完成,脱料板上行,被压缩的弹簧恢复到原始状态,将弹性入块顶出,使材料脱离冲头,在刃口入块的上部避空,冲裁的废料从避空位置出去,吹气装置将冲裁的废料从刃口入块中吹出,完成连续模具整个向上冲裁。
