Abstract

本实用新型涉及还原炉维修,尤其涉及还原炉AGD管道拆装用连接支架。它包括底板,设置于底板两侧且相互平行的滑轮,设置于底板顶部的基板,基板顶部中央设有铰链接头,所述基板上设有法兰连接端;所述法兰连接端的轴心线与滑轮的轴心线垂直。本实用新型采用上述设计,其优点在于,配合外置式AGD管道拆装架使用,可使AGD管道在有限空间内实现竖立、卧倒等动作,同时无需再次调整AGD管道的中心,为后续施工作业提供了方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及还原炉维修,尤其涉及还原炉AGD管道的维护装置。
背景技术
AGD管道,为Areal Gas Distribution的缩写,即煤气区域分布。AGD管道(每座炉体两件)单件全长约13m,净重41.2t,含水46.5t,最大外径1566mm。由于AGD管道需安装在COREX炉的中部,如果采用传统的内部安装施工法,需要在炉体内部需搭设大量的吊装及保护措施,施工作业难度极大,并且存在重大施工安全隐患。
如采用外部安装法,则相对内部安装方法而言,其具有施工效率高,安全性高的优势,但AGD管道本体长度长,在将AGD管道放置到外部支撑架时需要在AGD管道端部设计一种牵制力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种辅助外置式还原炉AGD管道拆装支架的连接支架。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种还原炉AGD管道拆装用连接支架,它包括底板,设置于底板两侧且相互平行的滑轮,设置于底板顶部的基板,基板顶部中央设有铰链接头,所述基板上设有法兰连接端;所述法兰连接端的轴心线与滑轮的轴心线垂直。
所述的还原炉AGD管道拆装用连接支架,所述平行设置于底板两侧的滑轮,每侧滑轮的数量至少有两只。
本实用新型采用上述设计,其优点在于,配合外置式AGD管道拆装架使用,可使AGD管道在有限空间内实现竖立、卧倒等动作,同时无需再次调整AGD管道的中心,为后续施工作业提供了方便。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1、图2所示,一种还原炉AGD管道拆装用连接支架,它包括底板1,设置于底板1两侧且相互平行的滑轮4,设置于底板1顶部的基板2,基板2顶部中央设有铰链接头5,所述基板2上设有法兰连接端3;所述法兰连接端3的轴心线与滑轮4的轴心线垂直。
所述的还原炉AGD管道拆装用连接支架,所述平行设置于底板1两侧的滑轮4,每侧滑轮4的数量至少有两只。
本实用新型使用时,配合外置式AGD管道拆装架,可使AGD管道在有限空间内实现竖立、卧倒等动作,同时无需再次调整AGD管道的中心,为后续施工作业提供了方便。

1. 一种还原炉AGD管道拆装用连接支架,其特征是:它包括底板,设置于底板两侧且相互平行的滑轮,设置于底板顶部的基板,基板顶部中央设有铰链接头,所述基板上设有法兰连接端;所述法兰连接端的轴心线与滑轮的轴心线垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的还原炉AGD管道拆装用连接支架,其特征是:所述平行设置于底板两侧的滑轮,每侧滑轮的数量至少有两只。
