Abstract

本实用新型涉及还原炉维修,尤其涉及还原炉AGD管道拆装用承载架;它包括立方体式的支架,支架顶面铺设有滑移导轨,支架的一端端部设有带有圆滑面的端部限位座,所述圆滑面朝向支架的另一端且圆滑面的轴心线与滑移导轨垂直。本实用新型采用上述设计,AGD管道在牵引装置的作用下可通过安装于支架上的端部限位座平稳地卧置于支架上,并继续通过牵引装置做水平位移,如此即可安全、便捷地实现AGD管道在外部安装工法中的位移以及支撑要求。

还原炉AGD管道拆装用承载架
技术领域
本实用新型涉及还原炉维修,尤其涉及还原炉AGD管道的维护装置。
背景技术
    AGD管道,为Areal Gas Distribution的缩写,即煤气区域分布。AGD管道(每座炉体两件)单件全长约13m,净重41.2t,含水46.5t,最大外径1566mm。由于AGD管道需安装在COREX炉的中部,如果采用传统的内部安装施工法,需要在炉体内部需搭设大量的吊装及保护措施,施工作业难度极大,并且存在重大施工安全隐患。
如采用外部安装法,则相对内部安装方法而言,其具有施工效率高,安全性高的优势,但AGD管道本体重量大(AGD管道单件长约13m、净重41.2t,含水时重达46.5t、最大外径1566mm),且AGD管表面有耐火材料,所以支撑设备不能直接托在AGD管表面上。因此,为了外部安装法的施工需要,需要一种专门的AGD管道拆装用承载架。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于外部安装工法的AGD管道拆装用承载架。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种还原炉AGD管道拆装用承载架,它包括立方体式的支架,支架顶面铺设有滑移导轨,支架的一端端部设有带有圆滑面的端部限位座,所述圆滑面朝向支架的另一端且圆滑面的轴心线与滑移导轨垂直。
所述的还原炉AGD管道拆装用承载架,立方体式的支架至少有两个,支架之间纵向铰链连接。
本实用新型采用上述设计,AGD管道在牵引装置的作用下可通过安装于支架上的端部限位座平稳地卧置于支架上,并继续通过牵引装置做水平位移,如此即可安全、便捷地实现AGD管道在外部安装工法中的位移以及支撑要求。

以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1、图2所示,一种还原炉AGD管道拆装用承载架,它包括立方体式的支架1,支架1顶面铺设有滑移导轨2,支架1的一端端部设有带有圆滑面的端部限位座3,所述圆滑面朝向支架1的另一端且圆滑面的轴心线与滑移导轨2垂直。
所述的还原炉AGD管道拆装用承载架,立方体式的支架1至少有两个,支架之间纵向铰链4连接。
本实用新型采用上述设计,使用时,AGD管道在牵引装置的作用下并配合端部的活动式铰链接座可通过安装于支架上的端部限位座平稳地卧置于支架上,并在水平液压伸缩臂的驱动下做水平位移,如此即可安全、便捷地实现AGD管道在外部安装工法中的位移以及支撑要求。

1. 一种还原炉AGD管道拆装用承载架,其特征是:它包括立方体式的支架,支架顶面铺设有滑移导轨,支架的一端端部设有带有圆滑面的端部限位座,所述圆滑面朝向支架的另一端且圆滑面的轴心线与滑移导轨垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的还原炉AGD管道拆装用承载架,其特征是:立方体式的支架至少有两个,支架之间纵向铰链连接。
