发明内容
本实用新型为解决侧销压盘存在加工工序多,成本高的问题,提供了一种制做简单的侧销压盘模具。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种侧销压盘的隔板修边模具,其特殊之处是,在侧销的上侧安装一个圆状的压盘,压盘中间加装固定螺钉。
使用时,先将侧销放好,再用压盘盖住侧销拧紧螺钉;维护时,先将螺钉卸掉,拆除压盘,然后将侧销撤出即可。圆状压盘便于加工制作,只需车床就能够完成。
本实用新型的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案,可以实现一种该种结构简单,易于操作,压盘不易损坏隔板修边模具。

具体实施方式
如图所示,在侧销1的上侧安装一个圆状的压盘2,压盘2的中间加装固定螺钉3。使用时,先将侧销1放好,再用压盘2盖住侧销1拧紧螺钉3;维护时,先将螺钉3卸掉,拆除压盘2,然后将侧销1撤出即可。
