    轮毂单元是机动车辆支撑车身和传递扭矩的重要部件,其中的轮毂轴承单元承担着连接传动轴和车轮的重要作用。由于车辆行驶时会产生灰尘和泥土等杂质,一旦进入轮毂轴承内部会影响轮毂轴承的工作甚至会造成轮毂的损坏,通常解决的办法是在轮毂单元的内圈和外圈之间安装密封装置。中国国家知识产权局公开了一种名为“低扭矩组合式密封圈”的实用新型专利(公告号:CN2854231Y),内容是:本实用新型包括内骨架以及外骨架,其对称设置成内部有空腔的矩形,空腔内设有密封圈,密封圈由上密封唇、中密封唇以及下密封唇组成,其根部都在内骨架的端部连接成一体,上密封唇另一端配合在外骨架的一个侧面上,中密封唇以及下密封唇的一端配合在外骨架的另一个侧面上,中密封唇根部厚度小于其端部的厚度;下密封唇的密封方向与中密封唇相同,并且下密封唇与外骨架不接触。该实用新型提高了轮毂轴承单元的密封程度,但需要安装于轮毂轴承的内圈与外圈之间,安装难度较大,且密封结构内部有三个密封唇,结构比较复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有的轮毂单元的密封结构安装不便且结构过于复杂的问题,提供一种安装简便、结构紧凑的双列圆锥轮毂单元侧密封结构。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下方案:一种双列圆锥轮毂单元侧密封结构,包括相互固定的骨架和橡胶密封圈,所述轮毂单元包括外圈和位于外圈一侧的法兰盘,所述骨架固定安装于外圈靠近法兰盘一端的外表面上,所述橡胶密封圈包括主密封唇和侧密封唇,所述主密封唇和侧密封唇的端部分别与法兰盘的表面相搭接。将轮毂单元中靠近法兰盘一侧的密封装置改为安装于外圈与法兰盘之间,与原来相比降低了安装难度,同时将橡胶密封圈的密封唇减少为两个,简化了内部结构。
作为优选,所述骨架中与外圈的连接部分为一个L形固定架,所述L形固定架的两边分别与外圈的外侧面和端面固定连接。这种结构简洁可靠,便于整个结构的安装和内部的布置。
作为优选,所述L形固定架与外圈的外侧面和端面的连接为过盈配合。这样可以使本实用新型与轮毂单元之间的结合更加牢固可靠,避免意外脱落。
作为优选,所述主密封唇的根部位于与外圈的端面相对应的位置,所述侧密封唇的根部位于外圈的外侧。主密封唇的作用是封闭轮毂单元的内部,防止外界杂质进入以及内部的润滑油渗出,侧密封唇用于阻挡外界的尘土等进入轮毂单元。

    如图1所示,一种双列圆锥轮毂单元侧密封结构,包括相互固定的骨架1和橡胶密封圈2,骨架1中包括一个L形固定架11,轮毂单元包括外圈3和位于外圈3一侧的法兰盘4,L形固定架11的两边分别与外圈3上靠近法兰盘4一端的外侧面和端面固定连接,且L形固定架11与外圈3表面的连接为过盈配合,橡胶密封圈2包括主密封唇21和侧密封唇22,主密封唇21的根部位于与外圈3的端面相对应的位置,侧密封唇22的根部位于外圈3的外侧,主密封唇21和侧密封唇22的端部分别与法兰盘4的表面相搭接。
    如图2所示,将轮毂单元中靠近法兰盘4一侧的密封装置改为安装于外圈3与法兰盘4之间,与原来相比降低了安装难度,同时将橡胶密封圈2的密封唇减少为两个,简化了内部结构,且双层的结构有效地阻挡了外界的尘土和泥沙进入轮毂单元内部,L形固定架11的结构以及与外圈3的过盈配合保证了本实用新型与轮毂单元结合的可靠性和稳定性,避免出现脱落的情况。

1.一种双列圆锥轮毂单元侧密封结构,包括相互固定的骨架(1)和橡胶密封圈(2),所述轮毂单元包括外圈(3)和位于外圈(3)一侧的法兰盘(4),其特征在于,所述骨架(1)固定安装于外圈(3)靠近法兰盘(4)一端的外表面上,所述橡胶密封圈(2)包括主密封唇(21)和侧密封唇(22),所述主密封唇(21)和侧密封唇(22)的端部分别与法兰盘(4)的表面相搭接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双列圆锥轮毂单元侧密封结构,其特征在于,所述骨架(1)中与外圈(3)连接的部分为一个L形固定架(11),所述L形固定架(11)的两边分别与外圈(3)的外侧面和端面固定连接。
