Abstract

本实用新型是一种开孔器,将在电烙铁开孔器的基础上进行设计改良,增加安装弹簧和隔热石棉片。使用本实用新型在硒鼓粉仓、废粉仓的指定部位热熔产生一个圆孔后,隔热石棉片接触粉仓表面不易烫伤注塑件,而弹簧会将废料塑胶片弹出便于下一步操作,因而在生产的过程中减少了注塑件表面损伤,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动成本。

本实用新型涉及一种开孔器,特别适用于激光打印机、复印机硒鼓粉仓、废粉仓开孔。
背景技术
目前,在再生耗材行业内给硒鼓粉仓、废粉仓开孔的通用操作方法,一是机器钻孔,但此方法会产生大量胶屑掉入粉仓内部,清洁不彻底会严重影响硒鼓打印质量;二是使用烙铁烫孔,但开孔器烫切下来的废胶片会粘附在开孔器内部,不易清除,影响工作效率;且开孔时的下压力度很难掌握,经常出现烙铁烫伤粉仓表面的情况,影响了产品的外观。
发明内容
为弥补现有注塑件的开孔(譬如硒鼓粉仓、废粉仓的开孔)技术不足,本实用新型提供了一种简便实用、灵活高效的开孔器。
本实用新型是利用高温熔化注塑件实现粉仓开孔的。一种硒鼓开孔器包括电烙铁、前端套丝的烙铁头、垫片、环形开孔器、弹簧、石棉隔热片。本实用新型特设置石棉隔热片与一弹簧;石棉隔热片外形与环形开孔器外围大小相吻合,位于环形开孔器台阶处;弹簧通过螺纹与电烙铁头进行连接固定,并穿过环形开孔器内部,垫片位于环形开孔器外侧部分并与其固定在一起。
环形开孔器、弹簧及石棉隔热片的型号均可根据开孔产品大小不同而进行替换。
本实用新型先进行安装,将烙铁头穿过垫片,再将弹簧与烙铁头连接;将弹簧与烙铁头穿过环形开孔器底部螺纹孔并拧紧固定;将石棉隔热片安装至环形隔热片的台阶处。
安装后通过以下步骤实现硒鼓粉仓开孔工作:
首先,根据硒鼓注塑件特性确定适宜的温度;其次,通过电烙铁加热,将热量传递至环形开孔器;然后,将环形开孔器定位于粉仓指定位置,稍用力下压,直到环形开孔器融透注塑件;最后,提起硒鼓开孔工具,开孔器内嵌弹簧将废胶片弹出。
本实用新型具有以下优点:1、适用于不同材质、不同型号的硒鼓粉仓开孔;2、石棉隔热片可防止开孔器与孔周边表面的注塑件接触,保证外观良好;开孔器内嵌弹簧可自动将废胶片弹出,不影响下一粉仓开孔工作,提高工作效率;开孔器、弹簧与烙铁头通过螺纹连接,可保证连接紧密、稳固,导热效率良好,操作准确性高。
本实用新型亦适应于其他类似注塑件的开孔操作。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3,先将烙铁头(2)穿过垫片(4),再将弹簧(3)与烙铁头(2)连接;将弹簧(3)与烙铁头(2)穿过环形开孔器(5)底部螺纹孔并拧紧固定;如图5,将石棉隔热片(6)安装至环形隔热片(5)的台阶处。
具体使用时,将电烙铁(1)通电加热,传导至烙铁头(2),烙铁头(2)通过螺纹与环形开孔器(5)连接,并将热量传导至环形开孔器(5)。如图4、图5,当环形开孔器(5)达到设定温度时,手持电烙铁(1)将环形开孔器(5)放置于硒鼓粉仓、废粉仓注塑件指定位置,稍用力下压,环形开孔器(5)将硒鼓粉仓注塑件融透,至石棉隔热片(6)与粉仓注塑件表面接触;手持电烙铁(1)轻轻提起使环形开孔器(5)与硒鼓粉仓或废粉仓分离;环形开孔器(5)内嵌弹簧(3)将废胶片自动弹出。

1.一种开孔器,包括电烙铁、垫片、环形开孔器、弹簧、石棉隔热片,其特征在于:
特设置石棉隔热片与一弹簧,
所述石棉隔热片外形与环形开孔器外围大小相吻合,位于环形开孔器台阶处,
所述弹簧通过螺纹与电烙铁头进行连接固定,并穿过环形开孔器内部,垫片位于环形开孔器外侧部分并与其固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种开孔器,其特性在于环形开孔器、弹簧及石棉隔热片的型号均可根据开孔产品大小不同而进行替换。
