背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们生活质量的提高，基本上每个家庭户都装有即节能环保，又方便适用的真空管太阳能热水器，但由于我国地域辽阔，气候复杂，冬天低温持续时间长，太阳能热水器的关键部件真空管容易被冻结(且真空管无法承受较大的水压，导致无法正常使用。为了改进产品的弊端，需要相应的生产设备，目前国内还没有这种生产设备。

为了有效地解决上述问题，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述缺点，提供一种设计合理的双工位平板激光焊接设备。
