技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种蜗轮，尤其涉及复合蜗轮。
背景技术
蜗轮是蜗轮蜗杆机构中常用来传递两交错轴之间的运动和动力。蜗轮一方面需要承受蜗杆较大的径向扭力，另一方面需要承受齿轮啮合磨合力需要较高的耐磨性能。目前的蜗轮结构均为一种材质制造的整体结构，基体结构采用的是钢材或者铜材制造。上述整体结构的蜗轮无论采用钢材还是铜材均不能完全的适应，蜗轮内外侧所需要的不同性能要求。如钢材虽然有良好的径向传动能力但耐磨性能并不优良，而铜材其虽然有良好的自润滑系数，却缺乏径向的传动能力。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、自润滑性和径向传动性能均良好的复合蜗轮。
一种复合蜗轮，包括外周带有滚齿的蜗轮本体，所述的蜗轮本体内侧衬有钢套。所述的蜗轮本体为铜材制造。该种采用钢套作为蜗轮的内衬结构进行配合蜗杆传动，极大的提高了径向传动的扭力。在蜗轮本体内侧衬钢套的基础上蜗轮本体为铜材制造提高了蜗轮的滚此啮合的自润滑系数，防止蜗轮磨损。
所述的钢套内侧径向设有圆环形油槽，提高钢套和蜗杆润滑系数防止磨损提高使用寿命。
本实用新型通过在蜗轮本体内侧衬钢套结构，极大的提高了蜗杆蜗轮径向传动的扭力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种复合蜗轮，包括外周带有滚齿4的蜗轮本体2，蜗轮本体2内侧衬有钢套1。蜗轮本体2为铜材制造。
作为结构优选钢套1内侧径向设有圆环形油槽3，提高钢套1的润滑系数，防止磨损。

1.一种复合蜗轮，包括外周带有滚齿(4)的蜗轮本体(2)，其特征在于：所述的蜗轮本体(2)内侧衬有钢套(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合蜗轮，其特征在于：所述的钢套(1)内侧径向设有圆环形油槽(3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合蜗轮，其特征在于：所述的蜗轮本体(2)为铜材制造。
