背景技术
目前汽车维修保养里程间隔为1-1.5万公里，轮毂总成维护比较频繁，车辆停台多。普通轮毂总成在两个轮毂轴承间无弹性隔套，轴承预紧力只在维修保养时调整，汽车在空载或满载时无法自行调整。所以减少车辆保养里程，减少车桥维修保养次数，以降低维修成本，保证车辆正常运行较长时间为目标。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车车桥免维护轮毂总成，其能提高车辆轮毂总成保养里程，减少车桥维修保养次数和降低维修保养成本，保证车辆能够正常运行较长时间，提高车辆轮鼓总成保养里程至25-50万公里。

在轮毂轴承2间增加高精度弹性隔套3，保证轮毂轴承的预紧力保持恒定，以避免空载和满载等不同工况时，因轴承预紧力的变化影响轮毂或轴承的寿命。
本新型轴承终身免维护、轴承润滑脂免维护（25万公里加注HP-R轮毂润滑脂）、轮鼓油封25万公里免维护，整个轮鼓总成50万公里更换总成。
