[0002] 胶料硫化机是将胶料进行硫化成型的机器，胶料放置在硫化机的模具内，在操作吋，先从硫化机上的托板上取下模具，然后打开模具放入胶料，之后将模具摆放至托板上，按下硫化机上的操作按钮，托板上升使模具受压，进行高温硫化成型。模具在取放过程中，是通过人工拖动模具，上料操作费时费力。

[0010] 如图I所示为本实用新型的一种胶料硫化机，其包括机架2、模具I和用于摆放模具I的托板4，为了解决现有技术中存在的问题，本硫化机在机架2上固定有两根平行伸出的导轨3，托板4放置在该两导轨3上滑行。与现有技术相比，通过增设导轨3，使放置模具I的托板4能在导轨3上滑行，在上料吋，只需轻推托板使模具I至合适位置即可，操作方便省力。
[0011] 另外，在托板4上还可以设有在导轨3上滚动的滚轮，以减小托板4与导轨3之间的摩擦，使上料操作更方便省力。
[0012] 如图I所示，在托板上还设有把手，在操作时，手握把手推动托板4，以方便托板4的推动。

3.根据权利要求I或2所述的胶料硫化机，其特征在于：在所述托板上还设有把手。
