背景技术
目前，汽车前围上面罩的注射模具采用侧浇口进料的工艺，因侧浇口使塑料熔体不能在短时间内充满型腔，使型腔内的塑料熔体部分硬化，造成产品存在外观缺陷：收缩、变形、飞边，喷漆后仍不能遮盖。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种汽车前围上面罩注射模具，克服了产品外观：收缩、变形、飞边的缺陷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种汽车前围上面罩注射模具，包括由定模和动模组成的注射模具，其特征在于：定模上开有至少两个直接浇口。。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进，直接浇口的直径为15~20毫米，直接浇口的间距为30~40毫米。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种汽车前围上面罩注射模具，包括由定模1和动模2组成的注射模具，定模1上开有至少两个直接浇口3。
如图1和图2所示，直接浇口3的直径为15~20毫米，直接浇口3的间距为30~40毫米。在不影响产品质量的情况下，根据产品外形长度决定直接浇口3的数量，一般根据尺寸设2~6个直接浇口。
