背景技术
目前连铸轨道用的导轨,其与滚轮之间的接触为滚动接触,但在接触面上没有任何润滑设施,不利于降低导轨或滚轮的磨损。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种连铸轨道用的导轨,以提高其与滚轮之间的润滑性,降低磨损。
为达上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种连铸轨道用的导轨,包括左侧壁和右侧壁,其特殊之处在于,所述左侧壁和右侧壁上与滚轮接触处设置有用以置放润滑剂的凹槽或潜伏坑。
上述凹槽沿所述导轨的轴向延伸。
上述凹槽是多个。
上述凹槽或潜伏坑呈阵列式设置,相邻凹槽或潜伏坑之间的距离是4至8mm。
上述潜伏坑是圆形的,其内径是1.5至2.5 mm,深度是1至1.5 mm。
本实用新型的优点是:通过导轨与滚轮的接触面上设置凹槽,在该凹槽内填充润滑剂,进一步降低了滚动摩擦的损耗,延长了导轨和滚轮的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了提高导轨与滚轮之间的润滑性,降低磨损,延长使用寿命,本实施例提供了一种如图1所示的连铸轨道用的导轨,包括左侧壁1和右侧壁2,其特殊之处在于,所述左侧壁1和右侧壁2上与滚轮接触处设置有用以置放润滑剂的凹槽或潜伏坑3。
由图2不难看出,该凹槽3沿导轨的轴向延伸,且凹槽3是多个,且均匀设置在导轨上。
由图4可见,凹槽或潜伏坑呈阵列式设置,相邻凹槽或潜伏坑之间的距离是4至8mm。潜伏坑是圆形的,其内径是1.5至2.5 mm,深度是1至1.5 mm。
当然,也可以将凹槽3沿导轨的径向设置,如图3所示的沿竖直方向设置。

4.如权利要求1所述的一种连铸轨道用的导轨,其特征在于:所述凹槽或潜伏坑呈阵列式设置,相邻凹槽或潜伏坑之间的距离是4至8mm。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种连铸轨道用的导轨,其特征在于:所述潜伏坑是圆形的,其内径是1.5至2.5 mm,深度是1至1.5 mm。
