目前，废塑料片的除杂过程是由加热、清洗二台设备完成的，既浪费动力，又占场地。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供能将废塑料片的除杂彻底，且加热、清洗合二为一的一种热洗机。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种热洗机，包括机架、桶体和桶盖，桶体设置在机架上，其特征在于在桶体内设有搅拌轴、搅拌杆和螺旋状搅拌带，搅拌轴与电机一相连接，搅拌轴与搅拌杆相交叉，且搅拌带的两端分别连接在搅拌轴与搅拌杆上；桶盖上或桶体的上部设有进料口，桶体的下部设有出料口；沿桶体上部间隔设有排杂拨杆，排杂拨杆连接在桶体上，且与电机二相连接；在桶体的上部且与排杂拨杆水平的位置设有排杂出口。
采用本实用新型，可以将废塑料片的除杂过程中的加热、清洗合二为一，既节省动力，又除杂彻底。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参照图1、图2，该热洗机包括机架8、桶体4和桶盖2，桶体4设置在机架8上，在桶体4内设有搅拌轴5、搅拌杆6和螺旋状搅拌带7，搅拌轴5与电机一1相连接，搅拌轴5与搅拌杆7相交叉，且搅拌带7的两端分别连接在搅拌轴5与搅拌杆7上；桶盖2上设有进料口9(进料口9也可设置在桶体4的上部)，桶体4的下部设有出料口11；沿桶体4上部间隔设有排杂拨杆10，排杂拨杆10连接在桶体4上，且与电机二3相连接；在桶体4的上部且与排杂拨杆10水平的位置设有排杂口12。
使用时，将废塑料片从进料口9加入机器内，并在机器中加入热水和清洗剂，由电机一1带动搅拌轴5、搅拌杆6和螺旋状搅拌带7，电机二3带动排杂拨杆10转动，在热力、机械力和化学力作用下，将塑料片清洗干净，其中比重小于清洗液比重的悬浮物，由排杂拨杆10翻转拨动到排杂口12排出，或随清洗剂流出，清洗完毕后将干净的塑料片从出料口11排出即可。
