Abstract

本发明提供了一种清洗装置，包括进水进料口、出料出水口、电机，同时还在出料出水口上设置过滤装置、洗涤装置。进水进料口位于清洗装置的上端面，与辊筒连接。洗涤装置位于过滤装置上。本发明增加了过滤装置，且将出水口和出料口合并为一个口，从而减少了物料的损失，将物料的清洗更加充分彻底。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗装置。
背景技术
物料清洗装置主要应用于化工产品等，传统的清洗装置出水口和出料口是分开的，这样导致粉碎的物料排出时，随着水流会堆积在出口桶内，造成了物料清洗时的浪费。同时没有有效的过滤装置，使得水和物料分离不充分，从而影响了清洗效果。
上述的传统的清洗装置存在一定的不合理。
发明内容
本发明提出的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种可以减少物料损失的清洗装置。发明从结构上相对于传统的清洗装置有较大的突破和优化。
本发明提供了一种清洗装置，包括进水进料口、出料出水口、电机，其特征在于还包括设置在出料出水口上的过滤装置、洗涤装置；进水进料口位于清洗装置的上端面，与辊筒连接；洗涤装置位于过滤装置上。
较佳的，洗涤装置包括长方体辊筒、梯形筒、挡板、开关。
较佳的，长方体辊筒与梯形筒之间设置挡板，所述的挡板与开关连接，所述的开关设置在左侧。
较佳的，长方体辊筒包括搅拌装置。
较佳的，过滤装置包括过滤网、开关，过滤网与出料出水口上边缘活页连接，且过滤网与开关连接，开关设置在右侧。
本发明增加了过滤装置，且将出水口和出料口合并为一个口，从而减少了物料的损失，将物料的清洗更加充分彻底。

具体实施方式
本实施例中，清洗装置包括进水进料口1、长方体辊筒2、梯形筒3、过滤装置4、出料出水口5。
本实施例中，物料和水通过进水进料口1进入长方体辊筒2中，长方体辊筒2包含搅拌装置，通过搅拌装置提高装置的清洗效果。经过一定时间的清洗，物料通过梯形筒3流出。长方体辊筒2与梯形筒3之间设置挡板6，挡板6与左侧的开关连接，若清洗完毕后，按动开关，则挡板打开，让物料和水流入到梯形筒3中。梯形筒3设计为梯形是为了是的物料和水顺利流至过滤装置4处，充分使得物料无残留。当物料和水经过过滤装置4时，过滤网设置在出料出水口5，水先从过滤网中流出，等水流完后，按动右侧的开关，过滤网打开让物料流出。过滤网与出料出水口5的上边缘呈活页连接，通过开关控制活页的转动。本实施例最大程度上降低了物料的残留，同时又是的物料清洗更加干净，与水的分离更加充分。

1.一种清洗装置，包括进水进料口、出料出水口、电机，其特征在于还包括设置在出料出水口上的过滤装置、洗涤装置；进水进料口位于清洗装置的上端面，与辊筒连接；洗涤装置位于过滤装置上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洗装置，所述的洗涤装置包括长方体辊筒、梯形筒、挡板、开关。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清洗装置，所述的长方体辊筒与梯形筒之间设置挡板，所述的挡板与开关连接，所述的开关设置在左侧。
4.根根权利要求2 所述的清洗装置，所述的长方体辊筒包括搅拌装置。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的清洗装置，所述的过滤装置包括过滤网、开关，过滤网与出料出水口上边缘活页连接，且过滤网与开关连接，开关设置在右侧。
