技术领域
本实用新型涉及晶体清洗装备技术领域，尤其涉及一种内循环式洗涤装置。
背景技术
当代制药工艺中，为了提高中间体质量，需要对晶体进行有效的洗涤，洗涤效果好坏对产品质量有很大的影响。现有搅拌打浆洗涤设备，包括搅拌罐、搅拌轴和设置在搅拌轴下端的叶片，其仅靠叶片的转动来搅拌罐内的混合物达到洗涤晶体的目的，往往为了达到洗涤效果需要搅拌洗涤时间较长；如果前后洗涤工序所用溶剂互溶性不好，则洗涤效果更差，效率较低，直接影响正常生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种内循环式洗涤装置，通过在现有的打浆搅拌洗涤设备基础上增设内循环泵和超声波清洗装置，除了叶片搅拌罐内混合物起到洗涤作用以外，混合物在罐内流动过程中，超声波清洗装置对晶体表面进行进一步洗涤，同时循环泵将搅拌罐下部内的混合物进行循环，进一步改善洗涤效果，缩短洗涤时间，提高操作效率。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种内循环式洗涤装置，包括搅拌罐、搅拌轴、叶片和驱动电机，还包括用于将搅拌罐底部出料口和上部进料口连通的循环泵，所述搅拌罐内壁上设有绕其轴线均布的至少两套超声波清洗装置。
所述搅拌罐底部设置的出料口上配套安装截止阀。
所述循环泵为离心泵，其进料端和出料端分别通过管道与出料口和进料口连通。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：通过在现有的打浆搅拌洗涤设备基础上增设内循环泵和超声波清洗装置，除了叶片搅拌罐内混合物起到洗涤作用以外，混合物在罐内流动过程中，超声波清洗装置对晶体表面进行进一步洗涤，同时循环泵将搅拌罐下部内的混合物进行循环，进一步改善洗涤效果，缩短洗涤时间，提高操作效率。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
为解决现有打浆搅拌洗涤器清洗效果差，效率低的问题，本实用新型提供了一种如图1所示的内循环式洗涤装置，包括搅拌罐1、搅拌轴、叶片和驱动电机，还包括用于将搅拌罐1底部出料口5和上部进料口7连通的循环泵3，所述搅拌罐1内壁上设有绕其轴线均布的至少两套超声波清洗装置2；所述搅拌罐1底部设置的出料口5上配套安装截止阀；所述循环泵3为离心泵，其进料端和出料端分别通过管道4与出料口5和进料口7连通。
在具体应用过程中，首先在搅拌罐内投入混合物料，然后开启搅拌轴驱动电机、超声波清洗装置和循环泵，搅拌轴下端的叶片搅拌罐内的混合物，使混合物在罐内流动，使用液体和晶体之间的摩擦和晶体之间的撞击进行洗涤，同时在混合物流动过程中，超声波清洗装置对晶体表面进行进一步清洗，为了改善清洗效果，本实用新型中还增设循环泵，使搅拌罐内的混合物从下到上循环，提高洗涤效率。
总之，本实用新型通过在现有的打浆搅拌洗涤设备基础上增设内循环泵和超声波清洗装置，除了叶片搅拌罐内混合物起到洗涤作用以外，混合物在罐内流动过程中，超声波清洗装置对晶体表面进行进一步洗涤，同时循环泵将搅拌罐下部内的混合物进行循环，进一步改善洗涤效果，缩短洗涤时间，提高操作效率。

1.一种内循环式洗涤装置，包括搅拌罐（1）、搅拌轴、叶片和驱动电机，其特征在于：还包括用于将搅拌罐（1）底部出料口（5）和上部进料口（7）连通的循环泵（3），所述搅拌罐（1）内壁上设有绕其轴线均布的至少两套超声波清洗装置（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内循环式洗涤装置，其特征在于：所述搅拌罐（1）底部设置的出料口（5）上配套安装截止阀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的内循环式洗涤装置，其特征在于：所述循环泵（3）为离心泵，其进料端和出料端分别通过管道（4）与出料口（5）和进料口（7）连通。
