背景技术
当代制药工艺中，为了提高终产品和中间体的纯度和质量，需要对终产品或中间体进行有效地洗涤，洗涤效果的好坏对产品纯度和质量有非常大的影响。现有洗涤搅拌设备由于搅拌效果差，往往需要延长搅拌时间或加快搅拌速度，但搅拌时间延长会降低生产效率，增加生产成本，还可能使终产品和中间体的有效成分降解；加快搅拌速度的话，洗涤液会在离心力的作用下形成一个大漩涡，使得各层洗涤液之间不发生轴向混合，影响洗涤效果。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种洗涤搅拌罐，具有结构简单、便于使用、省时、省力、省人工的特点，可以防止有效成分降解，改善洗涤效果，提高产品纯度和质量。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种洗涤搅拌罐，包括电机、搅拌杆和罐体，搅拌杆的上、下部为直线形，搅拌杆的中部为曲线形，搅拌杆的下部设有搅拌桨，搅拌桨的两端设有垂直于搅拌桨的搅拌挡板；罐体为圆柱形，罐体内壁均匀分布有半圆柱形超声波换能器，超声波换能器通过信号线与设在罐体外的超声波发生器电连接。
优选的，罐体外侧设置有循环泵，循环泵输入端管路与罐体底部连接，循环泵输出端管路与罐体顶部连接。
优选的，罐体内壁均匀分布有3-6个半圆柱形超声波换能器。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种洗涤搅拌罐，见图1和图2所示，包括电机1、搅拌杆2和罐体3，搅拌杆2的上、下部为直线形，搅拌杆2的中部为曲线形，搅拌杆2的下部设有搅拌桨4，搅拌桨4的两端设有垂直于搅拌桨4的搅拌挡板5；罐体3为圆柱形，罐体3内壁均匀分布有半圆柱形超声波换能器8，超声波换能器8通过信号线与设在罐体3外的超声波发生器电连接。
搅拌杆2的中部为曲线形的设计可以搅乱洗涤液在搅拌离心力的作用下形成的漩涡，使得各层洗涤液之间可以轴向混合，提高洗涤效果；搅拌挡板5的设计能提高洗涤液的流动程度；超声波换能器8和超声波发生器发出的超声波作用于罐体内的洗涤液，可以减少洗涤时间，提高洗涤效率；超声波换能器8为半圆柱形的设计可以防止洗涤剂在超声波换能器8与罐体3内壁之间的夹角处形成流动死区或待洗涤的固体产品在该夹角处积聚。
罐体3外侧设置有循环泵7，循环泵输入端管路6与罐体3底部连接，循环泵输出端管路9与罐体3顶部连接。循环泵的设计可缩短洗涤时间。
罐体3内壁可均匀分布3-6个半圆柱形超声波换能器8，具体数量可根据罐体3的直径和超声波换能器8的大小进行设计。
本洗涤搅拌罐具有结构简单、便于使用、省时、省力、省人工的特点，降低了生产成本，并且可以防止有效成分降解，改善洗涤效果，提高产品纯度和质量。
本洗涤搅拌罐可根据需要设计成实验室、中试和生产规模。

1.一种洗涤搅拌罐，包括电机（1）、搅拌杆（2）和罐体（3），其特征在于：所述搅拌杆（2）的上、下部为直线形，搅拌杆（2）的中部为曲线形，搅拌杆（2）的下部设有搅拌桨（4），搅拌桨（4）的两端设有垂直于搅拌桨（4）的搅拌挡板（5）；罐体（3）为圆柱形，罐体（3）内壁均匀分布有半圆柱形超声波换能器（8），超声波换能器（8）通过信号线与设在罐体（3）外的超声波发生器电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤搅拌罐，其特征在于所述罐体（3）外侧设置有循环泵（7），循环泵输入端管路（6）与罐体（3）底部连接，循环泵输出端管路（9）与罐体（3）顶部连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤搅拌罐，其特征在于所述罐体（3）内壁均匀分布有3-6个半圆柱形超声波换能器（8）。
