[0002] 高温空气燃烧技术广泛应用于熔铝炉等行业中。目前,熔铝炉用的燃烧装置一般采用直燃式烧嘴装置,直燃式烧嘴装置为单烧嘴燃烧,将空气输送到熔铝炉内并使其与燃料混合,烧嘴直接在炉内燃烧,产生的烟气由烟气管道排出,完成燃烧过程。由于单烧嘴的燃烧时间比较长,因此所消耗的燃料将会明显地增多,这样不仅会大大增加了生产的成本,降低了工作的效率,而且还造成了燃料的不必要损失和浪费;同时,由于采用了单烧嘴燃烧,在燃烧过程中会导致熔铝炉内的温度不均匀,长期使用,势必会导致设备使用寿命的减短。
实用新型内容
[0003] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种蓄热式燃烧装置,利用一对蓄热式烧嘴相互交替的工作,以达到节约燃料、提高工作效率的目的。
[0004] 为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
[0005] 一种蓄热式燃烧装置,包括炉体和设置于所述炉体前端的炉门,还包括蓄热室、换向阀和控制系统;
[0006] 所述蓄热室的一端与所述炉体的侧面相连通,另一端通过管道与所述换向阀相连接,所述蓄热室内设置有烧嘴和蓄热体,所述烧嘴靠近所述炉体设置,所述蓄热体位于所述蓄热室底端,所述烧嘴与所述控制系统电连接,所述控制系统控制所述烧嘴,所述蓄热室为两个;
[0007] 所述蓄热室顶端还设置有燃料入ロ,所述燃料入ロ通过燃气管道与燃气站相连接;
[0008] 所述换向阀上还分别设置有进气管道和排气管道,所述换向阀与所述控制系统电连接,所述控制系统控制所述换向阀。
[0009] 优选的,所述燃气管道上设置有燃气控制阀,所述燃气控制阀与所述控制系统电连接,所述控制系统控制所述燃气控制阀。
[0010] 优选的,所述换向阀为四通换向阀。
[0011] 优选的,所述进气管道的一端与ー引风机相连接,所述排气管道的一端与ー排风机相连接。
[0012] 通过上述技术方案,本实用新型提供的蓄热式燃烧装置,通过两个蓄热室内两烧嘴的交替工作,完成对空气和燃料的充分燃烧,即其中一个蓄热室的烧嘴燃烧时,另ー个蓄热室的烧嘴处于非燃烧状态,且其内部的蓄热体吸收排出烟气中的大量热量,并蓄存此热量;一定时间后,控制系统控制两烧嘴相互交替工作,如此反复。这样可以利用两蓄热体蓄存的热量对空气和燃料进行高温预热,不仅使烧嘴在燃烧空气与燃料时减少了燃烧时间,提高了工作效率,还可以有效的利用烟气中大量的热量,使排出烟气的热量減少,而改善外
部的环境;此装置周期性地燃烧和吸收热量,也保证了熔铝炉内温度的均匀分布,延长了熔
铝炉的使用寿命。

[0024] 本实用新型提供的一种蓄热式燃烧装置,如图1-2所示,包括炉体I、设置于炉体I前端的炉门2、第一蓄热室3、第二蓄热室4、四通换向阀5和控制系统(附图未标注);第一蓄热室3的一端与炉体I的ー侧面相连通,另一端通过第一管道6与四通换向阀5相连通;第二蓄热室4的一端与炉体I的另ー侧面相连通,另一端通过第二管道7与四通换向阀5相连通;第一蓄热室3内设置有第一烧嘴8和第一蓄热体9,第一烧嘴8靠近炉体I设置,第一蓄热体9位于第一蓄热室3底端;第二蓄热室4内设置有第二烧嘴10和第二蓄热体11,第二烧嘴10靠近炉体I设置,第二蓄热体11位于第二蓄热室4底端,两烧嘴分别与控制系统电连接,控制系统控制两烧嘴;第一蓄热室3顶端还设置有第一燃料入口 12,第一燃料入ロ 12通过第一燃气管道13与燃料站(附图未标注)相连接,第一燃气管道13上设置有第ー燃气控制阀14 ;第二蓄热室4顶端还设置有第二燃料入口 15,第二燃料入口 15通过第二燃气管道16与燃料站相连接,第二燃气管道16上设置有第二燃气控制阀17 ;四通换向阀5上还分别设置有进气管道18和排气管道19,进气管道18的一端与一引风机20相连接,排气管道19的一端与一排风机21相连接;控制系统分别与四通换向阀5、第一燃气控制阀14和第二燃气控制阀17电连接,控制系统控制四通换向阀5、第一燃气控制阀14和第二燃气控制阀17。
[0025] 工作时,控制系统控制四通换气阀5和第一燃气控制阀14打开,空气由引风机20输送到四通换气阀5内,并沿A向进入第一蓄热室3,燃料由燃料站经第一燃气管道13进入第一蓄热室3,并与空气混合,控制系统控制第一烧嘴8将混合的燃料与空气在熔铝炉内燃烧,燃烧过程中产生的烟气进入第二蓄热室4,第二蓄热体11吸收烟气中大量的热量,第ニ蓄热体11将此热量蓄存,剰余烟气经第二管道7进入四通换气阀5,再由排气管道19排出。一定时间后,控制系统控制第一烧嘴8停止燃烧,同时控制四通换向阀5换向,并关闭第一燃气控制阀14,打开第二燃气控制阀17,空气沿B向进入第二蓄热室4,由于第二蓄热体11蓄存了大量的热量,空气在经过第二蓄热体11时被加热,达到预热的效果,控制系统控制第二烧嘴10将混合的燃料与预热的空气在熔铝炉内燃烧,燃烧过程产生的烟气进入第一蓄热室3,第一蓄热体9吸收烟气中大量的热量,用以对A向空气的预热,如此反复。
[0026] 采用ー对蓄热室内烧嘴的交替燃烧,使非燃烧的蓄热室内的蓄热体吸收烟气中的热量,并蓄存此热量,用于对输入空气的高温预热,不仅可有效利用烟气中大量的热量,还可使烧嘴在燃烧时減少燃烧时间,提高工作效率。控制系统控制烧嘴的燃烧时间,确保燃烧的稳定性;控制系统在控制四通换向阀5换向和烧嘴燃烧的同时,也分别控制相应的第一、第二燃气控制阀的开通和关闭,确保燃烧侧的燃料及时输送以供燃烧,而非燃烧侧的燃料停止输送,这样既保证了燃料的供给,又避免了燃料的损失和浪费,降低了生产成本。
[0027] 由于两蓄热室在控制系统的控制下,周期性地实现了燃烧和吸收热量,因此保证了熔铝炉内温度的均匀分布,延长了熔铝炉的使用寿命。同吋,由于两蓄热体不断交替吸收·热量,也使得排放到熔铝炉外部的烟气的温度明显降低,对外部的环境有了明显的改善。
