[0027] 为了说明本发明的原理,将蓄热室其中一个标记为蓄热室A,另一个标记为蓄热室B,与蓄热室A相邻的辅助燃烧器标记为辅助燃烧器A,与蓄热室B相邻的辅助燃烧器标记为辅助燃烧器B。蓄热室A和蓄热室B布置在主燃烧器的两侧;在两个蓄热室空气流道上分别安装有辅助燃烧器。四通换向阀在一个周期内控制气流的流动。例如:在前半周期,四通换气阀分别接通引风机与蓄热室A,鼓风机与蓄热室B。炉膛内的烟气通过蓄热室A被引风机抽走。烟气中的热量被安装在蓄热室A内的蓄热球吸收。新风由鼓风机吹入,经过蓄热室B进入炉膛,同时将蓄热室B内储存的热量带入炉膛。当蓄热室A内的温度达到适当温度时,前半周期结束,系统进入到后半个周期。此时,通过四通换向阀切换,蓄热室A与鼓风机接通,蓄热室B与引风机接通。炉膛内热的烟气进过蓄热室B被引风机抽走,热量被留在蓄热室B中。冷的空气经过被鼓风机送入蓄热室A,吸收蓄热室A中留存的热量,然后进入炉膛内。等蓄热室B的温度达到适当的温度时,后半周期结束,重新开始一个新的周期。
[0028] 每个周期的长度从10秒到600秒不等。依据不同的工艺阶段或工艺需求进行调节。在系统工作中,主燃烧器一直保持燃烧,不受四通换向阀工作周期的影响。仅当工艺需要时,主燃烧器才会熄火。
[0029] 在前半周期时,例如蓄热室B接通鼓风机时,辅助燃烧器B点火工作。此时,辅助燃烧器A熄火。当进入到后半个周期时,此时,蓄热室A与鼓风机接通,辅助燃烧器A点火工作。

Claims (7)
1.一种稳定火焰的蓄热式窑炉燃烧系统,包括炉膛、烟气热量回收系统、燃烧系统,其特征在于,所述烟气热量回收系统包括至少两个蓄热室、空气流道、四通换向阀、鼓风机、弓丨风机,两个蓄热室一侧通过空气流道连接在炉膛上,蓄热室的另一侧通过空气流道相互贯通里连接,蓄热室内设有用于吸收烟气热量的蓄热球,每个蓄热室与炉膛之间的空气流道上均设有一个辅助燃烧器,两个蓄热室之间的空气流道通过四通换向阀连接共用的鼓风机和引风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稳定火焰的蓄热式窑炉燃烧系统,其特征在于,所述燃烧系统包括一个主燃烧器、主燃烧控制阀、主燃气管道,主燃烧器与蓄热室分离且炉膛贯通设置,主燃烧器通过主燃气管道与燃气供给系统供给燃料,主燃气管道上还设有主燃烧控制阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的稳定火焰的蓄热式窑炉燃烧系统,其特征在于,所述辅助燃烧器与燃气供给系统通过辅助燃气管道连接,通过燃气供给系统供给燃料,辅助燃气管道上还设有辅助燃烧器控制阀。
4.一种蓄热式窑炉燃烧系统的蓄热以及烟气回收方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将蓄热室其中一个标记为蓄热室A,另一个标记为蓄热室B,与蓄热室A相邻的辅助燃烧器标记为辅助燃烧器A,与蓄热室B相邻的辅助燃烧器标记为辅助燃烧器B,蓄热室A和蓄热室B布置在主燃烧器的两侧;在两个蓄热室空气流道上分别安装有辅助燃烧器A和辅助燃烧器B,四通换向阀在一个周期内控制气流的流动,在前半周期,四通换气阀分别接通引风机与蓄热室A,鼓风机与蓄热室B ;炉膛内的烟气通过蓄热室A被引风机抽走,烟气中的热量被安装在蓄热室A内的蓄热球吸收,新风由鼓风机吹入,经过蓄热室B进入炉膛,同时将蓄热室B内储存的热量带入炉膛,当蓄热室A内的温度达到适当温度时,前半周期结束,系统进入到后半个周期,此时,通过四通换向阀切换,蓄热室A与鼓风机接通,蓄热室B与引风机接通,炉膛内热的烟气进过蓄热室B被引风机抽走,热量被留在蓄热室B中,冷的空气经过被鼓风机送入蓄热室A,吸收蓄热室A中留存的热量,然后进入炉膛内,等蓄热室B的温度达到适当的温度时,后半周期结束,重新开始一个新的周期。
5.根据权利要求4所述的蓄热式窑炉燃烧系统的蓄热以及烟气回收方法,其特征在于,所述周期的时间范围为10秒~600秒。
6.根据权利要求4所述的蓄热式窑炉燃烧系统的蓄热以及烟气回收方法,其特征在于,所述蓄热室B接通鼓风机时,辅助燃烧器B点火工作,辅助燃烧器A熄火,当进入到后半个周期时,蓄热室A与鼓风机接通,辅助燃烧器A点火工作。
7.根据权利要求1所述的稳定火焰的蓄热式窑炉燃烧系统,其特征在于,所述蓄热室内设有用于吸收烟气热量的蓄热球。
