技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种注油器,适用于高压隔离开关运行状态下对其轴承注油润滑养护。
背景技术
电力系统停送电过程中,高压隔离开关卡死现象频繁发生,原因是由于大气环境腐蚀形成轴承锈蚀,缺乏润滑而造成的,由于隔离开关拉不开形成故障,需6到8人用4到6小时将隔离开关停运解体修复,110kV以上电压等级的隔离开关解体还需用吊车吊装,因此费时费工影响供电效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可在高压隔离开关运行中对其轴承注油润滑的注油器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种高压隔离开关注油器,其特征在于:包括储油筒、储气筒和压气筒;所述压气筒通过高压气管与储气筒相连通,所述储油筒和储气筒通过连接管相连通,所述储油筒与绝缘加油管相连通。
对本实用新型所做的进一步改进是:所述储油筒内设有出油管并通过连接件与绝缘加油管相连通。所述储油筒和储气筒均位于磁铁吸盘上面。所述压气筒由足踏式压气管提供气源。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:使用简便,安全可靠,实用性强,在保证人体与带电设备间安全距离的前提下,可对110kV以上电压等级的隔离开关轴承进行不停电润滑作业。使用该注油器,只需2个操作人员30分钟就可以将整组隔离开关修复,修复后的隔离开关安全运行时间超过一年半。

实施例一:一种高压隔离开关注油器,包括储油筒2、储气筒5和压气筒8;所述压气筒8通过高压气管7与储气筒5相连通,所述储油筒2和储气筒5通过连接管3相连通,所述储油筒2与绝缘加油管1相连通。所述储油筒2内设有出油管4并通过连接件9与绝缘加油管1相连通。所述储油筒2和储气筒5均位于磁铁吸盘10上面。所述压气筒8由足踏式压气管提供气源。将磁铁吸盘10置于隔离开关基础槽钢上使注油器安装定位,绝缘加油管1采用医用塑料软管并通过连接件9与出油管4连接牢固,出油管4下端连接储油筒2内底部并保证油路畅通。压气筒8通过高压气管7和储油筒阀嘴6与储气筒5连接。由于医用塑料软管绝缘性良好,可将绝缘加油管1对准带电运行的高压隔离开关的轴承,用压气筒8把压缩空气压进储气筒5,储油筒2内的润滑油在压缩空气的推动下进入隔离开关的轴承内完成注油。

1.一种高压隔离开关注油器,其特征在于:包括储油筒(2)、储气筒(5)和压气筒(8);所述压气筒(8)通过高压气管(7)与储气筒(5)相连通,所述储油筒(2)和储气筒(5)通过连接管(3)相连通,所述储油筒(2)与绝缘加油管(1)相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压隔离开关注油器,其特征在于:所述储油筒(2)内设有出油管(4)并通过连接件(9)与绝缘加油管(1)相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压隔离开关注油器,其特征在于:所述储油筒(2)和储气筒(5)均位于磁铁吸盘(10)上面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压隔离开关注油器,其特征在于:所述压气筒(8)由足踏式压气管提供气源。
