目前,化工行业中CO焚烧炉均采用鼓风机为焚烧炉加氧,以提高炉内燃料的充分燃烧。但是,现有设备仅仅是从空气滤清器直接进入鼓风机,空气温度较低,不利于焚烧炉迅速提高温度,同时也不利于节能。

其技术方案是:包括连接在CO焚烧炉鼓风机上的空气过滤器、盘管、控制阀和放空阀。所述空气过滤器外周设有盘管,盘管的一端通过控制阀与蒸汽管道相连接,另一端通过放空阀与排气管道相连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较,具有的优点是特点是结构简单、操作方便,特别是在严寒的冬天,可极大地提高炉膛的温度,节省燃料气用量。

参照图1,一种CO焚烧炉用高效空气预热器,包括连接在CO焚烧炉鼓风机上的空气过滤器1、盘管2、控制阀4和放空阀5。空气过滤器1外周设有盘管2,盘管2的一端通过控制阀4与蒸汽管道3相连接,另一端通过放空阀5与排气管道6相连接。
运行时,打开控制阀4和放空阀5,将蒸汽通蒸汽管道3进入盘管2,高温的蒸汽通过散热,对进入空气过滤器1的空气进行加热,从而将进入CO焚烧炉的空气进行预热,提高炉膛温度,节省燃料气的用量。
