本发明涉及一种坩埚吊装装置，尤其是涉及一种单晶炉领域的坩埚吊装装置。
背景技术
单晶炉用石英坩埚装载硅料放置在炉腔的热场中溶化后提制晶体，为了节省装炉时间，常常需要在炉腔外把硅料装好后，再把坩埚放入炉腔中熔化装料越多的坩埚越需要如此。一般坩埚在装好料后，要几十公斤到几百公斤，搬动困难，因此需要特殊的吊装工具。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题，提供了一种便于吊装的坩埚吊装装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种坩埚吊装装置，包括不锈钢壳体、吊环、压力表、真空管、真空阀、真空泵和密封胶圈，所述的不锈钢体上侧固定有吊环，不锈钢体上部固定有压力表，不锈钢壳体一侧设有真空管，真空管上设有真空阀，真空阀和真空泵通过真空管连接，不锈钢壳体下端设有密封胶圈。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过将石英坩埚内抽真空，形成坩埚内外压力差的方法，更为便捷、安全地进行单晶炉坩埚吊装工作，为单晶炉坩埚吊装提供了一种新的吊装工具。

实施例1
如图1所示，一种坩埚吊装装置，包括不锈钢壳体1、吊环2、压力表3、真空管5、真空阀6、真空泵7和密封胶圈8，所述的不锈钢体1上侧固定有吊环2，不锈钢体1上部固定有压力表3，不锈钢壳体1一侧设有真空管5，真空管5上设有真空阀6，真空阀6和真空泵7通过真空管连接，锈钢壳体1下端设有密封胶圈8，真空管分为两段，之间设有一个快装接头9。
一种坩埚吊装装置的使用方法，包括下述顺序步骤：
1、将坩埚吊装装置的下部固定于单晶炉坩埚上；
2、打开真空阀，用真空泵对坩埚进行抽真空操作；
3、观察压力表，当压力低于0.5kg/cm2，关闭真空阀，脱开快装接头，开始进行吊装工作。

1.一种坩埚吊装装置，其特征在于：包括不锈钢壳体、吊环、压力表、真空管、真空阀、真空泵和密封胶圈，所述的不锈钢体上侧固定有吊环，不锈钢体上部固定有压力表，不锈钢壳体一侧设有真空管，真空管上设有真空阀，真空阀和真空泵通过真空管连接，不锈钢壳体下端设有密封胶圈。
