技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种金属型模具,尤其是一种铝合金集液池金属型模具。
背景技术
目前,工程车辆的发动机排量越来越大,对散热器的散热性能提出了更高的要求。通过在集液池上设置散热叶片、改变内部腔体结构等方法,使集液池具有一定的辅助散热能力,提高散热器整体散热性能,但是这给集液池铸造生产带来了一定的难度。由于集液池属于薄壁件产品,外表面再设置薄叶片,只有通过加大产品的铸造余量来保证精度,同时,普通的金属型模具在铸造过程中,容易导致产品产生气泡,并且杂质含量较高,对产品的气密性和力学性能产生不利影响。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题就是提供一种能够保证铝合金集液池铸造质量的金属型模具。
为解决上述技术问题,实用新型所提供的技术方案是:一种铝合金集液池金属型模具,包括左模具和右模具,所述左模具内设有浇注口、浇道、型腔,浇道与型腔之间设有集渣包,集渣包分别与浇道和型腔连通,型腔内设有规则排列的镶块,型腔上面设有平行分布的冒口,左模具内同时还设有备用冒口和堵头;右模具内设有与左模具对应的浇注口、浇道、集渣包及备用冒口,对应左模具型腔设有抽芯;所述模具的浇注口、浇道、集渣包、备用冒口均在左模具和右模具的合模面上。
所述浇道设置为曲型浇道。所述冒口设置为三个。
本实用新型具有的优点:浇道采用曲形浇道,使浇注铝液平稳的流入模具中,同时,在浇道与型腔中间设置集渣包,起到收集杂质的目的;左模具型腔上面平行分布的三个冒口,为铸件在铸造过程中起到补缩作用,防止铸件产生疏松或者局部疏松;在左模具中的型腔内设有规则排列的镶块,利于铸造过程中的填充、排气,防止铸件出现气孔问题,提高了铸件的合格率。该模具还设有备用冒口,如果铸件后部产生疏松现象,可以打通备用冒口,保证产品铸造质量。
本实用新型结构合理,填充、排气情况良好,脱模顺利,适用于精度要求较高且结构复杂的铝合金集液池铸造生产,铸造出的铸件具有轮廓清晰、组织致密、表面光洁、精度高的特点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型所述的一种铝合金集液池金属型模具,包括左模具2和右模具1。左模具2内设有浇注口9、浇道10、型腔5,浇道10设置为曲型结构,在浇道10与型腔5之间设有集渣包8,集渣包8分别与浇道10和型腔5连通,型腔5内设有规则排列的镶块7,型腔5上面设有三个平行分布的冒口6,左模具2内同时还设有备用冒口4和堵头3;右模具1内设有与左模具2对应的浇注口9、浇道10、集渣包8及备用冒口4,对应左模具2型腔5设有抽芯12;所述模具的浇注口9、浇道10、集渣包8、备用冒口4均在左模具2和右模具1的合模面上。
在铸造时,将左模具2和右模具1合在一起,通过螺栓孔11将模具夹紧,保证模具不产生缝隙。如果铸件产品的后部铸造质量不佳,可以打开左模具上的堵头3,启用备用冒口4,保证产品铸造质量和精度。

1.一种铝合金集液池金属型模具,包括左模具和右模具,其特征在于:左模具内设有浇注口、浇道、型腔,浇道与型腔之间设有集渣包,集渣包分别与浇道和型腔连通,型腔内设有规则排列的镶块,型腔上面设有平行分布的冒口,左模具内同时还设有备用冒口和堵头;右模具内设有与左模具对应的浇注口、浇道、集渣包及备用冒口,对应左模具型腔设有抽芯;所述模具的浇注口、浇道、集渣包、备用冒口均在左模具和右模具的合模面上。
