背景技术
钣金的折弯，是指改变板材或者板件角度的加工，例如将板材完成V形，U形等，一般情况下，钣金折弯有两种方法，一种是模具折弯，用于结构比较复杂，体积较小、大批量加工的钣金结构；另一种是折弯机折弯，用于加工结构尺寸比较大或产量不是太大的钣金结构。
原先的钣金折弯机，在对料片进行折弯作业时，拐角处拍出的R相对于产品中间的大，使产品折也的R不统一，影响产品质量。

本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、能使料片折出的R角统一的带副刀口的折弯机。
本实用新型的方案如下：一种带副刀口的折弯机，包括机架、压料架、上模、下模、翻转模、气缸，所述的压料架通过铰件固定在机架上，所述的上模固定压料架一端，所述的下模固定在机架上，所述的翻转模与压料架均与气缸连接，所述的上模一边角处还设有一副刀口。
所述的副刀口通过回转销与上模连接，可上下旋转。
所述的副刀口在旋转后与上模的底边在一条水平线上，可一起压住料片。

一种带副刀口的折弯机，包括机架1、压料架2、上模3、下模4、翻转模5、气缸，所述的压料架2通过铰件6固定在机架上，所述的上模3固定压料架2一端，所述的下模4固定在机架1上，所述的翻转模5与压料架2均与气缸连接，所述的上模3一边角处还设有一副刀口8。
所述的副刀扣8通过回转销9与上模3连接，可上下旋转；所述的副刀口8在旋转后与上模3的底边在一条水平线上，可一起压住料片。
在实施时，副刀口8随着由气缸驱动的压料架2在接触下模4上的料片时，自动向上回转，直至与料片平行，伸进料片拐角里面压紧料片，这样折出的R角统一，提高产品质量。
