Abstract
本实用新型涉及电机转子花键套。包括花健套本体，所述的花键套本体呈圆柱形，花键套本体的外表面沿圆周方向设有环形筋，环形筋的外壁向外延伸设有至少一个凸台，所述凸台的台面与花键套本体的中心线相垂直，且凸台上至少设有一个孔。由上述技术方案可知，本实用新型通过将花键套本体设置成圆柱形，抗扭强度高，可承担的扭矩较大，同时凸台上设置孔可以增大与注塑材料的接触面积，增大受力面积，提高强高，从而提高产品的寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种花键套，具体说涉及一种用于电机转子的花键套。
背景技术
现有的电机转子花键套多为六角花键套，由于六角花键套的截面是六边形，存在六条边的棱角，所以在注塑成型后，抗扭强度低，可承担的扭矩较小，长期运行时待载能力较低，同时寿命也会受到影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电机转子花键套，该花健套强度好，待载能力高。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：包括花健套本体，所述的花键套本体呈圆柱形，花键套本体的外表面沿圆周方向设有环形筋，环形筋的外壁向外延伸设有至少一个凸台，所述凸台的台面与花键套本体的中心线相垂直，且凸台上至少设有一个孔。
本实用新型的环形筋与花键套本体整体注塑成型。
本实用新型环形筋的外壁上均匀设置四个凸台。
本实用新型花键套本体的端面上设有凹圆标记，该凹圆标记指向花键套本体端面的平齿处。
由上述技术方案可知，本实用新型通过将花键套本体设置成圆柱形，抗扭强度高，可承担的扭矩较大，同时凸台上设置孔可以增大与注塑材料的接触面积，增大受力面积，提高强高，从而提高产品的寿命。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明：
如图1、图2所示的一种电机转子花键套，包括花健套本体1，花键套本体1呈圆柱形，花键套本体1的外表面沿圆周方向设有环形筋2，环形筋2的外壁向外延伸设有至少一个凸台3，凸台3的台面与花键套本体1的中心线相垂直，且凸台3上至少设有一个孔4，设置孔4的目的在于增大与注塑材料的接触面积，增大受力面积，提高强高，从而提高产品的寿命。
作为本实用新型的优选方案，环形筋2与花键套本体1整体注塑成型，浇注成一体。
作为本实用新型的优选方案，环形筋2的外壁上均匀设置四个凸台3。
花键套本体1的端面上设有凹圆标记5，该凹圆标记5指向花键套本体1端面的平齿处，这样方便装配。

1.一种电机转子花键套，包括花健套本体（1），其特征在于：所述的花键套本体（1）呈圆柱形，花键套本体（1）的外表面沿圆周方向设有环形筋（2），环形筋（2）的外壁向外延伸设有至少一个凸台（3），所述凸台（3）的台面与花键套本体（1）的中心线相垂直，且凸台（3）上至少设有一个孔（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机转子花键套，其特征在于：所述的环形筋（2）与花键套本体（1）整体注塑成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电机转子花键套，其特征在于：所述的环形筋（2）的外壁上均匀设置四个凸台（3）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电机转子花键套，其特征在于：所述花键套本体（1）的端面上设有凹圆标记（5），该凹圆标记（5）指向花键套本体（1）端面的平齿处。
