本实用新型具体涉及一种应用于光机电一体化教学实训装置的一键拆装夹具。 
背景技术
在光机电一体化教学实训装置中，需要在设有安装槽的基座平台上放置不同种类、数量的模块单元，这些模块单元在使用时需要牢固的安装在工作台上，在不使用时，要能方便的拆下，这就需要使用夹具，但是目前的夹具大多结构复杂，拆装模块时步骤繁琐。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决目前光机电一体化教学实训装置中，固定模块单元的夹具结构复杂、拆装步骤繁琐的缺陷，提供一种结构简单、拆装方便的一键拆装夹具。 
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的： 
即一种一键拆装夹具，其特征在于包括扣合在一起的盖板和夹板，盖板在上，夹板在下，盖板和夹板组成一个中空的盒体，盖板的上部设有紧固螺纹孔，夹板的下部中心部位设有一个向下凸出的夹板卡爪，盖板和夹板之间设有推板，推板的里端套有推力弹簧，推板的外端向外延伸出盒体，推板的里端底部设有一个向下凸出的推板卡爪，夹板上设有推板卡爪活动槽。 
为便于推拉推板，作为本实用新型的一个优选方案：推板的外端设有把手。 
本实用新型的工作原理如下：用手向内推动推板推至极限位置，让推板卡 爪和夹板卡爪对准基座平台的铝型材凹槽，放入铝型材凹槽中并将夹板底部贴近铝型材凹槽顶面，松开推板，在推力弹簧作用下使推板卡爪和夹板卡爪夹紧铝型材凹槽两端，使夹具不能上下移动，达到锁紧的目的，此时可以将要需要使用的模块单元固定在盖板上部的紧固螺纹孔上。当要取下夹具时，用手向内推动推板到极限位置，然后取出夹具即可。 
本实用新型具有重量轻、体积小、结构紧凑、定位准确、拆装方便、工作稳定可靠的优点。使用本实用新型实现了夹具的一键拆装，步骤简单，大大提高了夹具的拆装效率。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式本实用新型做进一步阐述。 
如图1所示：盖板4和夹板7扣合在一个中空的盒体，盖板4在上，夹板7在下，盖板4的上部设有紧固螺纹孔5，夹板7的下部中心部位设有向下凸出的夹板卡爪9，盒体内设有推板2，推板2里端套有推力弹簧6，外端向外延伸出盒体，外端设有把手1，推板2里端的底部设有推板卡爪3，夹板7上设有与之匹配的推板卡爪活动槽8。 
本实用新型使用时：用手向内推动推板2推至极限位置，让推板卡爪3和夹板卡爪9对准基座平台的铝型材凹槽，放入铝型材凹槽中并将夹板7底部贴近铝型材凹槽顶面，松开推板2，在推力弹簧6作用下使推板卡爪3和夹板卡爪9夹紧铝型材凹槽两端，使夹具不能上下移动，达到锁紧的目的，此时可以将要 需要使用的模块单元固定在盖板4上部的紧固螺纹孔5上。当要取下夹具时，用手向内推动推板2到极限位置，然后取出夹具即可。

1.一种一键拆装夹具，其特征在于包括扣合在一起的盖板和夹板，盖板在上，夹板在下，盖板和夹板组成一个中空的盒体，盖板的上部设有紧固螺纹孔，夹板的下部中心部位设有一个向下凸出的夹板卡爪，盖板和夹板之间设有推板，推板的里端套有推力弹簧，推板的外端向外延伸出盒体，推板的里端底部设有一个向下凸出的推板卡爪，夹板上设有推板卡爪活动槽。
