本实用新型公开了一种单晶炉新热场,其特征在于:包括导流筒、固化毡、桶体,导流筒固定在桶体内,桶体外加设有固化毡,单晶炉热场的中心部分设有通孔。本实用新型保温性能好,使单晶生长速度增加到了1.13mm/分钟,提高了拉晶的工作效率;钼导流筒的材质能够隔绝和反射加热器和热场所带来的加热温度,使得导流筒内部处于相对的低温空间,这样用钼制成的导流筒能更有效的使单晶的结晶降温速度比原来的更快,更安全;本身保温性能好,功率低且平稳,晶棒生长时的拉速液相对稳定,从而成品表面光滑平整。

本实用新型涉及一种单晶炉热场。
背景技术
从单晶的生长速度来看,由于现有的热场保温性能差、热导快,导致液面温度高,氧化物偏多,造成生长速度只有平均0.86mm/分钟。现有热场的导流筒是石墨导流筒,由于保温性能差,使得拉速慢且不稳,导致晶棒表面不光滑,粗细不均匀。 
实用新型内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种单晶炉新热场。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案: 
单晶炉热场,其包括导流筒、固化毡、桶体,导流筒固定在桶体内,桶体外加设有固化毡,单晶炉热场的的中心部分设有通孔。
优选地,上述导流筒是钼导流筒。 
本实用新型的固化毡使用进口的软毡,加强了保温性能,底部能起到保温的作用,而用到上部更能保持液面温度。从而使单晶生长速度增加到了1.13mm/分钟,提高了拉晶的工作效率。钼导流筒,由于钼导流筒的材质能够隔绝和反射加热器和热场所带来的加热温度,使得导流筒内部处于相对的低温空间,这样用钼制成的导流筒能更有效的使单晶的结晶降温速度比原来的更快,更安全。由于在保温方面的出色发挥,能将温度控制在热场内部,功率明显降低,由于本身保温性能好,功率低且平稳,能使晶棒生长时的拉速液相对稳定,从而成品表面光滑平整。
