现有导流筒的外导流筒与轴线的夹角为14度左右,内外导流筒之间的保温间隙较小,填充的保温碳毡较少,导流筒的保温效果较差,不利于节能,故需要进行改造完善。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提高导流体的保温效果,降低单晶炉的能耗。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种直拉单晶炉的导流筒,包括外导流筒和内导流筒,外导流筒和内导流筒之间具有填充保温碳毡的保温间隙,外导流筒的侧壁与导流筒的轴线之间的夹角A为3~4度。
优选外导流筒的侧壁与导流筒的轴线之间的夹角A为3度。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过外导流筒外形的改变,使得外导流筒和内导流筒之间形成大的空隙,存放较多的保温碳毡,从而起到好的保温效果,降低炉台能耗。
