背景技术
在生物复合肥的生产中,需要大量培养生物菌种,将培养基接种菌苗以后,经过搅拌,并提供适当的温度和氧气,菌种不断繁殖,达到预定的密度含量即可。实验室用的培养罐由于体积小,无法满足大批量生产的需求。现有化工生产的反应釜由于不能满足生物活性的要求,也不能直接用于生物复合肥生产中的菌种培养。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种集接种、搅拌、培育功能为一体的生物复合肥菌种培养罐,主要用于生物复合肥生产中的菌种培养。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
本实用新型所述的生物复合肥菌种培养罐包括罐体、设置在罐体上端的加料口、设置在罐体下端的出料口,其特征在于: 所述罐体的上端固定安装有电机,电机的转轴与设置在罐体内腔中的搅拌轴固定连接,搅拌轴上固定连接有齿型消沫器、搅拌桨;罐体的上端还设置有接种口;罐体的外壁设置有夹层水套,夹层水套的上端设置有冷却水出口,夹层水套的下端设置有冷却水入口;罐体的内腔中还设置有空气管,所述空气管的上端穿过罐体的侧壁延伸到罐体外部,空气管的下端延伸到搅拌轴的下面。
采用上述技术方案后,该生物复合肥菌种培养罐集接种、搅拌、培育功能为一体,结构简单、运行成本低,能够满足生物复合肥生产中培养生物菌种的需要。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的生物复合肥菌种培养罐包括罐体1、设置在罐体1上端的加料口2、设置在罐体1下端的出料口3,所述罐体1的上端固定安装有电机4,电机4的转轴与设置在罐体1内腔中的搅拌轴5固定连接,搅拌轴5上固定连接有齿型消沫器6、搅拌桨7;罐体1的上端还设置有接种口8;罐体1的外壁设置有夹层水套9,夹层水套9的上端设置有冷却水出口10,夹层水套9的下端设置有冷却水入口11;罐体1的内腔中还设置有空气管12,所述空气管12的上端穿过罐体1的侧壁延伸到罐体1外部,空气管12的下端延伸到搅拌轴5的下面。
工作时,通过加料口2将培养基注入罐体1,将少量菌种通过接种口8注入罐体1,开启电机4,搅拌桨7缓慢旋转,将培养基和菌种混合均匀,同时通过空气管12向罐体1内输入空气。随着时间的推移,菌种不断繁殖,产生的热量被夹层水套9中的冷却水冷却,控制夹层水套9中冷却水的循环速度,即可控制散热的速度。菌种繁殖过程中,会产生大量泡沫聚集在培养基的表面,电机4启动的时候,安装在搅拌轴5上端的齿型消沫器6可以将泡沫驱散,起到消除泡沫的作用,防止泡沫聚集到加料口2或者接种口8,影响进一步的操作。
当外界环境温度较低,需要加热菌种才可以繁殖的情况下,可以在夹层水套9中注入热水,利用热水循环的速度调整罐体1内的温度,使之有利于菌种的繁殖。
