Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种制药用的细菌培养罐。包括由内桶(1)和外桶(2)构成的双层罐体,双层罐体的顶部设有端盖(3),端盖上设有电磁离合器(4),电磁离合器的输入端与电机(5)连接,电磁离合器的输出端与搅拌轴(6)连接,搅拌轴上设有一组搅棒(7);外桶侧面上部设有蒸汽管,蒸汽管的管口位于内桶与外桶之间的夹层内,蒸汽管上设有电磁阀。本实用新型采用双层罐体,罐体上设有端盖。双层罐体的夹层内可通蒸汽进行加热,由温控器自动调节温度,使罐内始终保持恒定的温度,不需要在恒温房间工作。双层罐体内设有搅拌装置,搅拌装置的搅拌轴经电磁离合器与电机连接,或直接采用变频电机可自由控制搅拌速度,以缩短培养时间。

背景技术
目前,制药企业在做细菌培养时,多数是在恒温培养箱或恒温的房间静止状态下培养的,这种培养方法细菌对培养基营养成分利用不充分,需氧菌培养溶氧量不足,影响生长;温度不易控制,不能进行连续培养。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种制药用的细菌培养罐。本实用新型可充分利用养分,缩短培养时间,大大提高目标产物的产出率,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种制药用的细菌培养罐,包括由内桶和外桶构成的双层罐体,双层罐体的顶部设有端盖,端盖上设有电磁离合器,电磁离合器的输入端与电机连接,电磁离合器的输出端与搅拌轴连接,搅拌轴上设有一组搅棒;外桶侧面上部设有蒸汽管,蒸汽管的管口位于内桶与外桶之间的夹层内,蒸汽管上设有电磁阀。
前述制药用的细菌培养罐中,所述端盖为双层保温盖,端盖上设有进水管,进水管上设有阀门,端盖与双层罐体之间设有密封垫。
前述制药用的细菌培养罐中,所述双层罐体的侧面设有贯穿内桶和外桶的加料管,加料管倾斜设置,加料管的管口设有口盖,口盖与加料管的管口铰接,口盖上设有透明玻璃。
前述制药用的细菌培养罐中,所述双层罐体的底部设有贯穿内桶和外桶的排水管,排水管上设有阀门。

前述制药用的细菌培养罐中,所述内桶、端盖、搅拌轴、搅棒、进水管、阀门、排水管、加料管和口盖均用316C不锈钢材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型制药用的细菌培养罐采用双层罐体,双层罐体上设有端盖。双层罐体的夹层内可通蒸汽进行加热,并设有温度传感器感应温度,由温控器自动调节温度,使罐内始终保持恒定的温度,不需要在恒温培养箱或恒温的房间进行培养,可连续进行培养。双层罐体内设有搅拌装置,搅拌装置的搅拌轴经电磁离合器与电机连接,或直接采用变频电机可自由控制搅拌速度,细菌对培养基营养成分利用充分,需氧菌培养溶氧量充足,可以缩短培养时间。搅拌装置与端盖连接,端盖与双层罐体法兰连接,便于拆卸维修。端盖上设有进水管,双层罐体底部设有排水管方便进行清洗。本实用新型的加料管倾斜设置,便于加料,加料管的口盖上设有透明玻璃,便于观察。

实施例。本实用新型如图1和图2所示。一种制药用的细菌培养罐,包括由内桶1和外桶2构成的双层罐体,双层罐体的顶部设有端盖3,端盖3上设有电磁离合器4,电磁离合器4的输入端与电机5连接,电磁离合器4的输出端与搅拌轴6连接,搅拌轴6上设有一组搅棒7;外桶2侧面上部设有蒸汽管15,蒸汽管15的管口位于内桶1与外桶2之间的夹层内,蒸汽管15上设有电磁阀18。所述端盖3为双层保温盖,端盖3上设有进水管8,进水管8上设有阀门9,端盖3与双层罐体之间设有密封垫10。所述双层罐体的侧面设有贯穿内桶1和外桶2的加料管11,加料管11倾斜设置,加料管11的管口设有口盖12,口盖12与加料管11的管口铰接,口盖12上设有透明玻璃13。所述双层罐体的底部设有贯穿内桶1和外桶2的排水管14,排水管14上设有阀门9。所述双层罐体的外桶2底部设有冷凝水排放管16,冷凝水排放管16贯穿外桶2,冷凝水排放管16上设有阀门9。所述端盖3上设有温度传感器17,温度传感器17的探头位于端盖3下方,温度传感器17与温控电路连接。所述内桶1、端盖3、搅拌轴6、搅棒7、进水管8、阀门9、排水管14、加料管11和口盖12均用316C不锈钢材料制成。
本实用新型的工作原理
本实用新型是将制药用的细菌培养罐制成双层罐体,在双层罐体的夹层中通蒸汽加热,并通过温度传感器与温控器连接控制蒸汽管道的电磁阀的通断,以保证罐体内的温度保持恒温。本实用新型还设有搅拌装置,可以根据需要对罐内的培养细菌进行搅拌,通过电磁离合器可以调节搅拌速度,也可以采用变频电机实现调速。为了方便拆卸和清洗,搅拌装置设在端盖上,卸下端盖,连同搅拌装置一起可以移开。端盖上设有进水管,罐体底部设有排水管,方便清洗。

1.一种制药用的细菌培养罐,其特征在于:包括由内桶(1)和外桶(2)构成的双层罐体,双层罐体的顶部设有端盖(3),端盖(3)上设有电磁离合器(4),电磁离合器(4)的输入端与电机(5)连接,电磁离合器(4)的输出端与搅拌轴(6)连接,搅拌轴(6)上设有一组搅棒(7);外桶(2)侧面上部设有蒸汽管(15),蒸汽管(15)的管口位于内桶(1)与外桶(2)之间的夹层内,蒸汽管(15)上设有电磁阀(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述制药用的细菌培养罐,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)为双层保温盖,端盖(3)上设有进水管(8),进水管(8)上设有阀门(9),端盖(3)与双层罐体之间设有密封垫(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述制药用的细菌培养罐,其特征在于:所述双层罐体的侧面设有贯穿内桶(1)和外桶(2)的加料管(11),加料管(11)倾斜设置,加料管(11)的管口设有口盖(12),口盖(12)与加料管(11)的管口铰接,口盖(12)上设有透明玻璃(13)。

5.根据权利要求1所述制药用的细菌培养罐,其特征在于:所述双层罐体的外桶(2)底部设有冷凝水排放管(16),冷凝水排放管(16)贯穿外桶(2),冷凝水排放管(16)上设有阀门(9)。
6.根据权利要求1所述制药用的细菌培养罐,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)上设有温度传感器(17),温度传感器(17)的探头位于端盖(3)下方,温度传感器(17)与温控电路连接。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述制药用的细菌培养罐,其特征在于:所述内桶(1)、端盖(3)、搅拌轴(6)、搅棒(7)、进水管(8)、阀门(9)、排水管(14)、加料管(11)和口盖(12)均用316C不锈钢材料制成。
