背景技术
挤出螺杆已经是塑料行业中螺杆挤出机的必备部件,但是,这些挤出螺杆使用时,存在挤出量不大、混料不均和计量不准确等缺点,严重影响了其最终生产的产品的质量。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种吃料强、挤出量大、混料均匀和计量准确的塑料行业的挤出螺杆。 
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,所述塑料行业的挤出螺杆,它包括从左向右顺序相接的安装段、进料屏蔽段、输送进料段、塑化压缩段、混炼段、计量熔化段与计量混炼段,进料屏蔽段、输送进料段、塑化压缩段、混炼段、计量熔化段与计量混炼段的外径相同。 
所述输送进料段包括在输送进料段芯柱的外表面周向连接的呈螺旋状的输送进料段螺纹,输送进料段芯柱自左向右呈直径逐渐增大形状。 
所述塑化压缩段包括在塑化压缩段芯柱的外表面周向连接的呈螺旋状的塑化压缩段螺纹,塑化压缩段芯柱的直径为等径,且塑化压缩段芯柱的直径与输送进料段芯柱右端部的直径为等径,在塑化压缩段芯柱的外表面设有沿着其径向设置的塑化压缩钉。 
所述混炼段在混炼段柱体的外表面上开设的混炼槽,混炼槽为直槽,且混炼槽的长度方向在纵向中轴面上的投影与混炼段柱体的轴线呈锐角相交。 
所述计量熔化段包括在计量熔化段芯柱的外表面周向连接的呈螺旋状的计量熔化段螺纹,计量熔化段芯柱的直径为等径。 
所述计量混炼段包括在计量混炼段芯柱的外表面上连接的计量混炼段齿轮,计量混炼段芯柱的直径为等径,且计量混炼段芯柱与计量混炼段齿轮呈同轴设置。 
本实用新型具有吃料强、挤出量大、混料均匀和计量准确等优点。

所述输送进料段3包括在输送进料段芯柱3.1的外表面周向连接的呈螺旋状的输送进料段螺纹3.2,输送进料段芯柱3.1自左向右呈直径逐渐增大形状,这样可以加强吃料,提升挤出量。 
所述塑化压缩段4包括在塑化压缩段芯柱4.1的外表面周向连接的呈螺旋状的塑化压缩段螺纹4.2,塑化压缩段芯柱4.1的直径为等径,且塑化压缩段芯柱4.1的直径与输送进料段芯柱3.1右端部的直径为等径,在塑化压缩段芯柱4.1的外表面设有沿着其径向设置的塑化压缩钉4.3,这样可加强搅动,使得混料更加均匀。 
所述混炼段5在混炼段柱体5.1的外表面上开设的混炼槽5.2,混炼槽5.2为直槽,且混炼槽5.2的长度方向在纵向中轴面上的投影与混炼段柱体5.1的轴线呈锐角相交。 
所述计量熔化段6包括在计量熔化段芯柱6.1的外表面周向连接的呈螺旋状的计量熔化段螺纹6.2,计量熔化段芯柱6.1的直径为等径。 
所述计量混炼段7包括在计量混炼段芯柱7.1的外表面上连接的计量混炼段齿轮7.2,计量混炼段芯柱7.1的直径为等径,且计量混炼段芯柱7.1与计量混炼段齿轮7.2呈同轴设置,这样使得计量更加准确。

3.如权利要求1所述的塑料行业的挤出螺杆,其特征是:所述混炼段(5)在混炼段柱体(5.1)的外表面上开设的混炼槽(5.2),混炼槽(5.2)为直槽,且混炼槽(5.2)的长度方向在纵向中轴面上的投影与混炼段柱体(5.1)的轴线呈锐角相交。
