本实用新型公开一种钢管调直机，包括支架和与支架相连的支撑板，支架上设有钢管座，支架底端固定有液压缸，液压缸的活塞头上固定有弧形支撑板，弧形支撑板上方设有对应的弧形压板，弧形压板固定在与支撑板相连的连杆底端。本实用新型在支架上设置钢管座，将钢筋放置在钢管座上即可，使用的时候，液压缸伸出，带动弧形支撑板压住钢筋折弯处，使得钢筋很快被调平。采用本实用新型之后，很便于调节短钢管的折弯处，也可以用来调节长钢管。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑行业用的钢管调直机，具体涉及一种调节脚手架上钢管平直度的装置。
背景技术
建筑施工过程中，需要用到大量的脚手架。脚手架由钢管搭接而成，都是可拆卸的，在长时间使用过程中，钢管弯曲变形。为了降低成本、节约资源，需要将弯曲的钢管重新调直。对于长钢管操作者很容易把住钢管进行调制，而对于短的钢管，由于操作者在调节的时候没有手握的位置，调节比较费时。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种调节短钢管的钢管调直机，能节省劳动力，快速的将折弯的钢管调直。
本实用新型的技术方案是以下述方式实现的：一种钢管调直机，包括支架和与支架相连的支撑板，支架上设有钢管座，支架底端固定有液压缸，液压缸的活塞头上固定有弧形支撑板，弧形支撑板上方设有对应的弧形压板，弧形压板固定在与支撑板相连的连杆底端。
所述连杆是固定在支撑板下方的钢管。
所述连杆是丝杠，支撑板上设有与丝杠配合的螺母。
本实用新型在支架上设置钢管座，将钢筋放置在钢管座上即可，使用的时候，液压缸伸出，带动弧形支撑板压住钢筋折弯处，使得钢筋很快被调平。采用本实用新型之后，很便于调节短钢管的折弯处，也可以用来调节长钢管。

具体实施方式
    如图1和图2所示，一种钢管调直机，包括支架1和与支架1相连的支撑板2，支架1上设有钢管座8，支架1底端固定有液压缸7，液压缸7的活塞头上固定有弧形支撑板6，弧形支撑板6上方设有对应的弧形压板5，弧形压板5固定在与支撑板2相连的连杆底端。
本实用新型中，所述连杆支固定是支撑板2下方的钢管。
本实用新型工作过程如下，将钢管的两端固定在钢管座8内，折弯处朝下，液压缸7活塞头伸出，弧形支撑板6顶住钢管的折弯处向上运动，直到碰到弧形压板5的下方，液压缸7活塞停止向上运动，之后液压缸7活塞头收回。
本实用新型中，所述连杆也可以是丝杠4，支撑板2上设有与丝杠4配合的螺母3。这样通过丝杠4可以实现微调，利用弧形压板5对钢管施加作用力，调整钢管的微小变形。

1.一种钢管调直机，包括支架（1）和与支架（1）相连的支撑板（2），其特征在于：支架（1）上设有钢管座（8），支架（1）底端固定有液压缸（7），液压缸（7）的活塞头上固定有弧形支撑板（6），弧形支撑板（6）上方设有对应的弧形压板（5），弧形压板（5）固定在与支撑板（2）相连的连杆底端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢管调直机，其特征在于：所述连杆是固定在支撑板（2）下方的钢管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢管调直机，其特征在于：所述连杆是丝杠（4），支撑板（2）上设有与丝杠（4）配合的螺母（3）。
