本实用新型主要公开了一种防溢墨软性乳剂网版,包括网纱、乳剂层、软性乳剂层。在网纱上涂覆一层乳剂层,乳剂层表面再涂覆有一软性乳剂层。本实用新型解决现有印刷技术中溢墨现象,结构简单,操作方便,有效提高触摸屏印刷质量。

Description

防溢墨软性乳剂网版
技术领域
本实用新型涉及触摸屏印刷技术领域,特别涉及防溢墨软性乳剂网版。
背景技术
随着触摸屏市场对降低成本的需求不断深入,印刷技术被越来越广泛地应用到触摸屏设计生产领域,且精细线路印刷也不断被普及至各种结构的触摸屏产品。不同结构的细线印刷良率则难以避免的受到前道工序品质的影响,比如印刷面不平整。而印刷面不平整对细线印刷影响最大的不良则是溢墨导致的线路不齐,如图1所示。
乳液型网版是在网纱30上涂覆常规光敏性乳剂层20,并对光敏乳剂层20进行图型曝光,形成开口部70。在正常印刷时,如图2所示,网版覆在基材10之上,网版中的乳剂层20与基材10相贴,最后油墨40通过刮刀印刷于网纱30之上,油墨40进入到开口部70中完成印刷。
溢墨现象产生的原因如图3、4所示,基材10上存在凸点50,常规的乳剂层20覆于基材10表面时,凸点50附近无法紧密贴合,使得乳剂层20与印刷基材10之间产生空隙60,导致印刷时油墨40从开口部70挤入常规乳剂层20时,渗入填充至空隙60中,产生溢墨现象。
为了解决上述问题,本发明人设计出一种防溢墨软性乳剂网版,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本实用新型提供一种防溢墨软性乳剂网版,解决了现有印刷技术中的溢墨现象,且结构简单,操作方便,有效提高了触摸屏印刷质量。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
防溢墨软性乳剂网版,包括网纱、乳剂层、软性乳剂层;在网纱上涂覆一层乳剂层,乳剂层表面再涂覆有一软性乳剂层。
所述的乳剂层和软性乳剂层经过图型曝光后形成着墨的开口部。
所述的软性乳剂层表面为凸凹不平结构。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型在印刷时,基材没有直接和乳剂层接触,而是与软性乳剂层接触,当印刷过程中,刮刀刮油墨时的压力,使得软性乳剂层能够紧紧贴覆在基材凸点表面,使得软性乳剂层和基材之间不存在空隙,油墨完全没有溢出空间,有效防止印刷过程中的溢墨现象,提高工艺产品质量,降低不良率。

具体实施方式
结合图5、图6,对本实用新型较佳实施例做进一步详细说明。
一种防溢墨软性乳剂网版,包括网纱1、乳剂层2、软性乳剂层3。在网纱1的表面涂覆一层乳剂层2,该乳剂层2是现有印刷技术中所用的常规乳剂,一般材料可选用丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、醋酸乙烯酯树脂等等。
在乳剂层2涂覆完毕后,在乳剂层2的表面再涂布一层软性乳剂层,该软性乳剂层3可选用环氧丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、环氧丙烯酸/聚氨酯丙烯酸混合树脂以及氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸聚硅氧烷树脂等有柔软链段的树脂作为基体树脂,再加入光引发剂、阻聚剂、消泡剂等物质,混合均匀即可。。软性乳剂层3的表面为凸凹不平的结构,类似于波浪形,有利于受力后借助表面张性,贴覆在不平整的基材5表面。涂布完成后,网版经过图型曝光,最终形成开口部4。
本实用新型使用时,如图5所示,将网版置于基材5之上,网版的最外层的软性乳剂层3紧紧贴于基材1上,油墨6由刮刀7印刷在网纱1之上,油墨6渗入到开口部4中着墨于基材5上。
当基材1上具有凸点8时,网版的最外层的软性乳剂层3贴于基材1上,借助刮刀7刮油墨时的压力,软性乳剂层3能够无缝紧贴于不规则凸点8的表面,使得凸点8附近不存在空隙,油墨6只能停留在开口部4中,有效防止溢墨现场。

1.防溢墨软性乳剂网版,其特征在于:包括网纱、乳剂层、软性乳剂层;在网纱上涂覆一层乳剂层,乳剂层表面再涂覆有一软性乳剂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的防溢墨软性乳剂网版,其特征在于:所述的乳剂层和软性乳剂层经过图型曝光后形成着墨的开口部。
3.如权利要求1所述的防溢墨软性乳剂网版,其特征在于:所述的软性乳剂层表面为凸凹不平结构。
