本实用新型公开了一种新型蓄电池板栅的挂钩结构一种新型蓄电池板栅,包括板体,所述板体固定连接多个网状型板栅,在板体同一高度的两侧均设置一输送卡口,所述每个网状型板栅之间通过板栅连接接片连接在一起,所述蓄电池板栅还设有挂钩口,靠近挂钩口一侧的两组网状型板栅之间的间距小于其他网状型板栅之间的间距,且两组网状型板栅之间板栅连接接片相对其他的板栅连接接片较短,靠近挂钩口一侧悬挂的板栅上半部较重,所述板体外侧设有矩形状的缓冲结构,该板栅可使板栅被悬挂起来运输、传送,可使板栅在工艺生产中方便拿取,且因上半部较重,可保证板栅在匀速传送中的稳定、不晃动。

随着社会的发展,高效,节能,低碳式的蓄电池已经逐步进入人们的生活,铅酸蓄电池的板栅在生产过程中由于烘干、切片需要运输、传送,传统工艺中只能一片片人工手取,耗费大量人力且生产效率低。 
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种新型蓄电池板栅,该蓄电池板栅能有效促进板栅在生产过程由于烘干、切片的需要而运输、传送的效率,且更方便拿取。 
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型蓄电池板栅,包括板体,所述板体固定连接多个网状型板栅,在板体同一高度的两侧均设置一输送卡口,所述每个网状型板栅之间通过板栅连接接片连接在一起,所述蓄电池板栅还设有挂钩口,靠近挂钩口一侧的两组网状型板栅之间的间距小于其他网状型板栅之间的间距,且两组网状型板栅之间 板栅连接接片相对其他的板栅连接接片较短,靠近挂钩口一侧悬挂的板栅上半部较重,可使板栅被悬挂起来运输、传送,可使板栅在工艺生产中方便拿取,且因上半部较重,可保证板栅在匀速传送中的稳定、不晃动。 
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述板体外侧设有矩形状的缓冲结构,在烘干和切片等工艺过程中,板栅难免因碰撞外部产生变形,缓冲结构可有效保护内部的网状型板栅,避免切片后有变形的板栅不可使用。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:蓄电池板栅在生产中传送、运输过程中可以悬挂起来,方便拿取、节省人力,板体外侧设有矩形状的缓冲结构,可有效保护板栅在工艺冲程中的碰撞,保证切片后的网状型板栅可用。

1.一种新型蓄电池板栅,包括板体(1),所述板体(1)固定连接多个网状型板栅(2),其特征在于:在板体(1)同一高度的两侧均设置一输送卡口(4),所述每个网状型板栅(2)之间通过板栅连接接片(3)连接在一起,所述蓄电池板栅还设有挂钩口(5),靠近挂钩口(5)一侧的两组网状型板栅(2)之间的间距小于其他网状型板栅(2)之间的间距,且两组网状型板栅(2)之间 板栅连接接片(3)相对其他的板栅连接接片(3)较短,靠近挂钩口(5)一侧悬挂的板栅上半部较重。
