本实用新型涉及一种用于混炼胶高温的上料装置。
背景技术
目前在混炼胶制造和生产过程中，对吃完粉的胶料进行高温的上料操作，传统的方式主要是用人工，一般为操作工对胶料进行投料，即：吃完粉装在料车上的胶料冷却放置，等到需要高温投料时，用钢丝或铲刀将大块胶料割下来切成中块或小块，再对胶料进行人工搬运、投料，显然用这种方式投料一方面会造成劳动效率低，更主要的是给投料本身带来麻烦，工人投料时容易把胶料掉落地上，胶料表面搞脏，脏的胶料扔掉可惜，要把它切干净又很费时；如果是需要直接高温的胶料，因胶料温度较高容易烫伤工人。

本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种用于混炼胶高温的上料装置，本实用新型使胶料的投料实现机械化作业，降低了工人劳动强度、提高了生产效率，彻底解决了传统投料带来的麻烦。
