本实用新型涉及一种包装废物再生利用领域,特别是指废弃纸塑铝复合包装物分离塑料造粒设备。
背景技术
铝塑复合膜广泛应用于食品、药品等包装领域,如牛奶包装盒。铝塑复合膜包装材料在使用和生产过程中产生了大量的废弃物,如果将废弃物掩埋,由于铝塑不可降解,会造成土地污染;如果燃烧处理,则会造成空气污染。同时,如果随意处理,也浪费了铝塑复合膜废料中可回收的铝和塑料。现有的铝塑复合膜分离系统中还没有配套的分离塑料造粒设备。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种能连续对分离的塑料膜进行清洗、风干和造料的自动化的用废弃纸塑铝复合包装物分离塑料再生造粒机。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种再生塑料粒子的造粒机,其主要技术特征是它包括皮带输送机、切割压实机(电热加热)、单螺杆挤出机、过滤网、水环切粒机、立式脱水机、风送装置、料仓;皮带输送机将铝塑复合膜分离出来塑料成份由皮带输送机输送到切割压实机,切割压实机与单螺杆挤出机连接,单螺杆挤出机与过滤网接通,过滤网又与另一套单螺杆挤出机与过滤网接通,另一过滤网连接水环切粒机,水环切粒机与立式脱水机连接,立式脱水机通过风送装置连接料仓;所述切割压实机内设有电阻加热丝。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,结构设计简单合理,可对分离的塑料膜进行清洗、风干和造料,自动化程度高。

   如图1所示,本用废弃纸塑铝复合包装物分离塑料再生造粒机,它包括皮带输送机1、切割压实机2(电热加热)、单螺杆挤出机3、过滤网4、水环切粒机5、立式脱水机6、风送装置7、料仓8;皮带输送机将铝塑复合膜分离出来塑料成份由皮带输送机1输送到切割压实机2,切割压实机与单螺杆挤出机3连接,单螺杆挤出机与过滤网4接通,过滤网又与另一套单螺杆挤出机3-1与过滤网4-1接通,另一过滤网连接水环切粒机5,水环切粒机与立式脱水机6连接,立式脱水机通过风送装置7连接料仓8。

1.一种再生塑料粒子的造粒机,其特征在于它包括皮带输送机、电热加热式的切割压实机、单螺杆挤出机、过滤网、水环切粒机、立式脱水机、风送装置、料仓;皮带输送机将铝塑复合膜分离出来塑料成份由皮带输送机输送到切割压实机,切割压实机与单螺杆挤出机连接,单螺杆挤出机与过滤网接通,过滤网又与另一套单螺杆挤出机与过滤网接通,另一过滤网连接水环切粒机,水环切粒机与立式脱水机连接,立式脱水机通过风送装置连接料仓。
