背景技术
铅酸蓄电池为全密封免维护贫液电池,不允许产生电解液的漏液。在蓄电池生产过程及用户使用过程中,尤其在电动车骑行时,电池的振动是不可避免的,因此,电池外壳强度尤为重要,如果电池外壳的强度不够,则易产生脆裂,造成电解液渗漏,使电池失效。因此蓄电池外壳必须达到规定的强度,但是目前各生产企业都没有专业的设备对其进行检测,部分企业也只是采用人工手持钢球进行测试,如此一来由于人为原因使得测试误差大,效率低下。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种专门的蓄电池壳强度检测装置。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现,本实用新型包括防爆箱,防爆箱上设置连接座,导管通过连接座和防爆箱相连,气压表设置于导管上。

下面结合具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步地说明。
如图1所示,实用新型包括防爆箱,防爆箱上设置连接座,导管通过连接座和防爆箱相连,气压表设置于导管上。所述的气压表为指针式压力表且具有手动归零功能。
测试时将电池壳置于防爆箱内,通过导管对防爆箱内加压,直到压力表显示指定压力值,之后手动归零,并取出电池壳观察是否完好。
