Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种软包锂离子电池生产除气时的吸液装置,包括真空二封机,安装在真空二封机上的刺刀,位于刺刀的下面的真空泵,真空泵上连接有防电解液腐蚀的管,pp管与刺刀的位置、数量对应布置。由于采用真空泵与气管,可以很好地控制除气过程中带来的电解液,多余的液体被气管吸入,避免流在电芯的外表面,对电芯造成腐蚀,解决了生产过程中因电解液腐蚀带来的电芯外观不良的问题。

本实用新型一种软包锂离子电池生产除气时的吸液装置,涉及锂电池技术领域。 
背景技术
相比于燃料电池、铅酸电池,锂离子电池具有重量轻、储能大、功率大、无污染、也无二次污染、寿命长、自放电系数小、温度适应范围宽泛等优点,被广泛应用于各种电子产品中。在软包锂离子电池的生产中二封车间进行生产时,采用传统的二封机进行作业,因电池注液时注液量较多导致二封失液量增多,对电芯造成很大的腐蚀,严重影响电池外观。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要解决软包锂离子电池除气生产过程中因电解液量较多而引起的电芯外观不良的问题,解决上述问题的技术方案如下:软包锂离子电池生产除气时的吸液装置,包括真空二封机,真空二封机上有二封机工作台面,安装在真空二封机台面上的刺刀,其特征在于:还包括一真空泵,所述真空泵位于刺刀的下面,真空泵上连接有防电解液腐蚀的气管,气管与刺刀的位置、数量对应布置。 
进一步的,所述气管为pp管。 
由于采用真空泵与气管,可以很好地控制除气过程中带来的电解液,多余的液体被气管吸入,避免流在电芯的外表面,对电芯造成腐蚀,解决了生产过程中因电解液腐蚀带来的电芯外观不良的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做详细的说明。 
图1中,软包锂离子电池生产除气时的吸液装置,安装在真空二封机台面5上的刺刀1,在真空二封机的刺刀1正下方安装一根直径为6-10mm的防电解液腐蚀的PP管3,其位置、数量刚好和刺刀1对应,PP管3的另一端接在真空泵4上,PP管上面为气囊区域,刺刀需要刺的位置为气囊区域,在进行生产作业时,二封机动作时,整个二封机气缸和真空泵4同时进行抽真空,对电芯2进行除气和除电解液操作,多余电解液不会流到电芯上,抽真空完成后由二封机里的封口机进行预封口,完成整个的除气和除电解液的操作。
