本实用新型涉及一种新型载物台，属于检测装置领域。
背景技术
现有的X-RAY检测设备，通过对摇臂与载物台的运动控制，完成扫描工作。但是在扫描过程中，对于某些器件的特殊角度扫描无法实现，一般的处理方法是中断扫描，手动调节被测器件或者是增加工装、夹具以实现2次扫描，以上两种方法，前者有使人体遭受辐射损害的隐患，后者延长工时，降低了工作效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷，提供一种新型载物台，实现无间断扫描，消除安全隐患的同时提高工作效率。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案：
一种新型载物台，包括桌面框和工作台板，桌面框内侧安装有工作台板，还包括载物台板、连接件、旋转大齿轮、旋转小齿轮、连接架和电机；工作台板的中间部分镂空，余下的台板部分安装有连接件；连接件的另一端连接旋转大齿轮外侧上部，旋转大齿轮内侧安装有载物台板；旋转大齿轮的外侧下部与旋转小齿轮啮合，旋转小齿轮固定在连接架的一端；连接架的另一端连接电机。
进一步地，连接件为环型，外侧部分通过螺栓安装在台板内侧边缘的下端面，内侧部分与旋转大齿轮外侧上部之间设置有圆柱形滚珠。
连接架通过螺栓安装在工作台板的下端面。
工作原理：在器件的检测过程中，当需要对特殊角度进行检测时，电机控制旋转小齿轮转动，带动旋转大齿轮转动，使载物台旋转所需角度，完成检测任务。
本实用新型一种新型载物台，通过添加旋转台的结构，实现了器件检测过程中特殊角度的扫描，无需中断扫描，在消除安全隐患的同时，提高了工作效率。

如图1、2所示，一种新型载物台，包括桌面框1和工作台板2，桌面框内侧安装有工作台板，还包括载物台板3、连接件4、旋转大齿轮5、旋转小齿轮6、连接架7和电机8；工作台板的中间部分镂空，余下的台板部分安装有连接件；连接件的另一端连接旋转大齿轮外侧上部，旋转大齿轮内侧安装有载物台板；旋转大齿轮的外侧下部与旋转小齿轮啮合，旋转小齿轮固定在连接架的一端；连接架的另一端连接电机。

所述连接件的另一端连接旋转大齿轮外侧上部，旋转大齿轮内侧安装有载物台板；
所述旋转大齿轮的外侧下部与旋转小齿轮啮合，旋转小齿轮固定在连接架的一端；
所述连接架的另一端连接电机。
