技术领域
本实用新型属于轴承技术领域,主要涉及一种剖分式实体保持架调心滚子轴承的结构型式,该轴承主要应用于船舶行业。 
背景技术
目前,用于轮船螺旋桨轴的轴承采用的是整体式调心滚子轴承,该轴承承载能力高、调心性能好,但受其自身结构的限制,存在安装、维修困难、工作量大、时间长、费用高的缺点。 
在冶金行业的转炉、连铸设备、大的通风设备、运输设备上也有采用剖分式实体保持架调心滚子轴承结构型式的轴承,但该结构轴承只适应低速、重载的使用工况。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种剖分式实体保持架调心滚子轴承,它可有效的解决了整体式调心滚子轴承存在安装困难、维修工作量大、时间长、费用高的问题。 
本实用新型的目的可采用如下技术方案来实现:其零件包括外圈、内圈、滚子、保持架、螺栓;所述的外圈、内圈以及保持架为轴向对开式剖分结构,外圈、内圈通过螺栓联接成整体。 
所述的螺栓上设置有防松垫片。 
所述外圈为倾斜剖分面,外圈的中心线位置上设置有外圈联接孔。 
所述的内圈为V型剖分面,在内圈上设置有两个小挡边,两个小挡边的中心位置上分别设置有内圈联接孔。 
所述的保持架为单爪式结构形式。 
由上结构可以看出,本实用新型在不改变现有轴承基本安装尺寸的基础上,仅将外圈、内圈、保持架设计为轴向对开式剖分结构,外圈、内圈分别通过螺栓联接成整体,安装方便;又由于保持架为单爪式保持架结构,解决了轴承在承受偏载负荷时,滚动体旋转不同步所产生的拖曳问题,使轴承的运转更加平稳。综上所述,本实用新型具有承载能力高、调心性能好、转速高、运转平稳、安装方便、快捷,维修、更换容易、费用低,减轻劳动强度、提高了设备的生产效率等优点。

如附图1、图2所示:本实用新型轴承其零件包括:外圈1、内圈2、滚子3、保持架4、螺栓6和防松垫片5。 
如附图3、图4所示:外圈1的外径、宽度尺寸均与原安装尺寸相同;仅在外圈1的中心线位置上设计有外圈联接孔7,方便安装时剖分面之间用螺栓6和防松垫片5的联接固定;外圈1的剖分面设计成带一定的倾斜角度,减少了滚子3与剖分面之间的有效接触面积,大大提高了轴承的可靠性。 
如附图5、图6所示:内圈2的内径、宽度尺寸均与原安装尺寸相同;加大两个小挡边9的外径尺寸,在内圈2两个小挡边9的中心位置上各设计有内圈联接孔8,方便安装时剖分面之间用螺栓6和防松垫片5的联接固定,该设计使轴承的结构更为紧凑、合理,减轻了轴承自身的重量,提高了轴承的转速、安全性能更好;内圈2的V型剖分面设计,既减少了滚子3与剖分面之间的有效接触面积,又使内圈联接孔8与剖分面之间具有相同的定位间距。 
如附图7、图8所示:单爪式保持架4结构的设计形式,解决了轴承在承受偏载负荷时,滚动体旋转不同步所产生的拖曳问题,使轴承的运转更加平稳。保持架4的剖分面延中心线对开平行剖分。

1.一种剖分式实体保持架调心滚子轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚子(3)、保持架(4),其特征是:所述的外圈(1)、内圈(2)以及保持架(4)均为轴向对开式剖分结构,外圈(1)和内圈(2)分别通过用螺栓(6)联接成整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种剖分式实体保持架调心滚子轴承,其特征是:所述的螺栓(6)上设置有防松垫片(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种剖分式实体保持架调心滚子轴承,其特征是:所述的外圈(1)为倾斜剖分面;外圈(1)的中心线位置上有外圈联接孔(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种剖分式实体保持架调心滚子轴承,其特征是:所述的内圈(2)为V型剖分面。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种剖分式实体保持架调心滚子轴承,其特征是:在内圈(2)设置有两个小挡边(9),两个小挡边(9)的中心位置上分别设置有内圈联接孔(8)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种剖分式实体保持架调心滚子轴承,其特征是:所述的保持架(4)为单爪式结构形式。
