加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、聚醚醚酮制保持架、组合密封圈、一组陶瓷滚子。外圈的外表面和内圈中心孔分别设减轻重量的梯形槽。外圈滚道设成凹球面,内圈的外径两侧小挡边外表面设成凸球面。聚醚醚酮制保持架设置在内圈与外圈之间,一组陶瓷滚子分别装保持架两端所设的兜孔中,两个由丁晴橡胶圈固定在钢骨架上构成的组合密封圈分别装在轴承外圈和内圈两侧,构成加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承。本实用新型设计合理,制作容易,拆卸安装方便,工作阻力小,运转平稳可靠,适合核工业、航空、航天等领域中的中低速、重载、要求减轻设备重量、免维护场合使用。

本实用新型涉及轴承,特别是涉及一种终身免维护的加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
轴承在机械设备中属于常用件、通用件,因使用设备、工作环境及使用的部位不同,承载负荷不同等原因,轴承的品种、规格、型号也不尽相同,加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承便是轴承门类中的一个系列产品,然而目前使用的调心滚子轴承均为开式结构,内、外圈及滚动体均采用轴承钢制成,而且没有密封及自润滑功能,当应用特殊工况下,如一次安装终身免维护的情况下使用润滑维护困难,使轴承寿命降低,这也意味着降低了设备的使用寿命,增加了成本,如应用在核工业、航空、航天等领域。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题,是提供一种适合核工业、航空、航天等领域的调心滚子轴承终身免维修的使用要求,而且又延长使用寿命、减轻轴承重量的加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承。
采用的技术方案是:
加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、聚醚醚酮制保持架、组合密封圈、一组陶瓷滚子。所述的外圈的外表面中间部位设有一圈减轻外圈重量的梯形槽,内圈的内孔中间部位设有减轻内圈重量的梯形槽,外圈的滚道设成可调心的凹球面,外圈两侧端面上设有安装密封圈的沟槽。为了达到内圈的自由调心情况下且有良好的密封,在内圈的外径两侧小挡边之间设成凸球面。所述聚醚醚酮制保持架设置在内圈与外圈之间,一组陶瓷滚子分别装在保持架两端所设的兜孔中。两个组合密封圈分别装在轴承的外圈和内圈两侧,组合密封圈的外径装入外圈所设的沟槽内;内径连接在内圈所设的小挡边的外径上。
上述的组合密封圈由丁晴橡胶圈固定在钢骨架上构成。
本实用新型设计合理,制作容易,拆卸安装极为方便,在选用此轴承时不用考虑轴承再润滑及密封装置的设计,降低了设备的成本,。该轴承经过特殊设计,工作阻力小,运转平稳可靠,轴承零件采用特殊工艺,工作温度可在零下40度到零上120度条件下使用,非常适合中低速、重载、要求减轻设备重量、免维护等场合使用。此轴承主要承受径向负荷,也可承受一定的轴向负荷。可在核工业、航空、航天等领域应用,用于代替原来的开式调心滚子轴承。加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承也可适用于机械、矿山、冶金、石油、化工,船舶潜艇制造,水利电力、加工等各行各业。

具体实施方式
加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承,包括外圈1、内圈5、聚醚醚酮制保持架3、组合密封圈2、一组陶瓷滚子4。所述的外圈1的外表面中间部位设有一圈减轻外圈重量的梯形槽7,内圈5的内孔中间部位设有减轻内圈重量的梯形槽6,外圈1的滚道设成可调心的凹球面8,外圈1两侧端面上设有安装密封圈的沟槽9。为了达到内圈的自由调心情况下且有良好的密封,在内圈5的外径两侧小挡边外表面设成凸球面10,这样密封圈和小挡边的外径表面有良好的接触。所述聚醚醚酮制保持架3设置在内圈5与外圈1之间,一组陶瓷滚子4分别装在保持架3两端所设的兜孔中。两个组合密封圈2均由丁晴橡胶圈12固定在钢骨架11上构成,分别装在轴承的外圈1和内圈5两侧,组合密封圈2的外径装入外圈所设的沟槽9内;内径连接在内圈所设的小挡边的外径凸球面10上。保持架采用高强度聚醚醚酮制作,可减轻保持架重量,滚子采用高强度陶瓷制作,可减轻滚子重量,陶瓷滚子与聚醚醚酮制保持架具有自润滑性能装配后轴承一次性添加润滑剂的情况下就能达到使用性能、密封性能及调心性能。这种轴承还有良好的电绝缘特性,可以防止套圈免受电流的损坏,还可以在更高的转速下运转,因而延长轴承的工作寿命。

Claims (2)

1.加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(5)、聚醚醚酮制保持架(3)、组合密封圈(2)、一组陶瓷滚子(4),其特征在于所述的外圈(1)的外表面中间部位设有一圈减轻外圈重量的梯形槽(7),内圈(5)的内孔中间部位设有减轻内圈重量的梯形槽(6),外圈(1)的滚道设成可调心的凹球面(8),外圈(1)两侧端面上设有安装密封圈的沟槽(9),在内圈(5)的外径两侧小挡边外表面设成凸球面(10),聚醚醚酮制保持架(3)设置在内圈(5)与外圈(1)之间,一组陶瓷滚子(4)分别装在保持架(3)两端所设的兜孔中,两个组合密封圈(2)分别装在轴承的外圈(1)和内圈(5)两侧,组合密封圈(2)的外径装入外圈所设的沟槽(9)内;内径连接在内圈所设的小挡边的外径凸球面(10)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型密封混合陶瓷调心滚子轴承,其特征在于所述的组合密封圈(2)由丁晴橡胶圈(12)固定在钢骨架(11)上构成。
