Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种切槽刀,包括刀片(1),刀片(1)中心设置有轴孔(11),沿轴孔(11)向外依次为内圆区域(12)和外圆环区域(13),其中内圆区域(12)的厚度小于外圆环区域(13)的厚度,两区域交界处形成环形的台阶面(14),刀片(1)外圆环的外缘开刃,在刀片(1)两侧的内圆区域(11)中嵌装并分别固定有垫片(2和3),刀片轴孔(11)的内径大于或等于主轴直径,两垫片轴孔(21和31)的内径与主轴配合并固定套装在主轴上。本实用新型通过改变刀具结构,提高了薄刀片的刚性,降低刀片变形,可直接减小安装误差,提高切槽加工精度及稳定型;通过粘接或铜焊方式集成一体,工艺成熟;节省了刀具材料(钨钢),降低了成本。

技术领域
本实用新型是涉及机械加工领域的刀具,特别涉及一种切槽刀。
背景技术
传统切槽刀因刀片薄且外径大﹐在切削时刀片容易产生颠振﹐影响切槽加工精度及稳定﹐薄刀片的刚性较低﹐刀片容易变形﹐安装误差较大﹐传统切槽刀对原刀材料消耗较大。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种新型复合材料制成的切槽刀。
技术方案:一种切槽刀,包括刀片(1),刀片(1)中心设置有轴孔(11),沿轴孔(11)向外依次为内圆区域(12)和外圆环区域(13),其中内圆区域(12)的厚度小于外圆环区域(13)的厚度,两区域交界处形成环形的台阶面(14),刀片(1)外圆环的外缘开刃,在刀片(1)两侧的内圆区域(11)中嵌装并分别固定有垫片(2和3),刀片轴孔(11)的内径大于或等于主轴直径,两垫片轴孔(21和31)的内径与主轴配合并固定套装在主轴上。
两侧的垫片(2和3)内表面上挖槽,该挖槽包括径向槽(22)和环形槽(23)。
刀片(1)材质为钨钢﹐垫片材质为45#钢。
两垫片制胚时采用粘结或铜焊技术使刀片(1)与垫片集成一体,再开刃。
本实用新型的有益效果:1﹑通过改变刀具结构﹐提高了薄刀片的刚性﹐降低刀片变形﹐可直接减小安装误差﹐提高切槽加工精度及稳定型﹔
2﹑通过粘接或铜焊方式集成一体﹐工艺成熟﹔
3﹑节省了刀具材料(钨钢)﹐降低了成本。

图中标号1为刀片,2和3分别为垫片,11为刀片轴孔,12为刀片内圆区域,13为外缘区域,14为环形台阶面,21为垫片2的轴孔,22为垫片2的径向槽,23为垫片2的环形槽,31为垫片3的轴孔,32为垫片3的径向槽。
具体实施方式                                            
参见图1和图2,该切槽刀包括刀片1和两侧垫片2、3。其中刀片1中心设置有轴孔11,沿轴孔11向外依次为内圆区域12和外圆环区域13,其中内圆区域12的厚度小于外圆环区域13的厚度,两区域交界处形成环形的台阶面14,刀片1外圆环的外缘开刃,在刀片1两侧的内圆区域11中嵌装并分别固定有垫片2和3,刀片轴孔11的内径大于或等于主轴直径,两垫片轴孔21和31的内径均与主轴配合并固定套装在主轴上。同时,两侧的垫片2和3内表面上挖槽,该挖槽包括径向槽22和环形槽23。上述刀片1材质为钨钢﹐垫片材质为45#钢。
两垫片制胚时采用粘结或铜焊技术使刀片1与垫片集成一体,再开刃。垫片2 和3 两端平面要进行高精度加工,确保平行度。

Claims (4)

1.一种切槽刀,包括刀片(1),其特征是:刀片(1)中心设置有轴孔(11),沿轴孔(11)向外依次为内圆区域(12)和外圆环区域(13),其中内圆区域(12)的厚度小于外圆环区域(13)的厚度,两区域交界处形成环形的台阶面(14),刀片(1)外圆环的外缘开刃,在刀片(1)两侧的内圆区域(11)中嵌装并分别固定有垫片(2、3),刀片轴孔(11)的内径大于或等于主轴直径,两垫片轴孔(21、31)的内径与主轴配合并固定套装在主轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切槽刀,其特征是:两侧的垫片(2、3)内表面上挖槽,该挖槽包括径向槽(22)和环形槽(23)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切槽刀,其特征是:刀片(1)材质为钨钢,垫片材质为45#钢。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切槽刀,其特征是:两垫片制胚时采用粘结或铜焊技术使刀片(1)与垫片集成一体,再开刃。
