背景技术
丝杆是将回转运动转化为直线运动,或将直线运动转化为回转运动的一种传动结构,其主要包括了螺纹段和直杆段。
如图1所述的丝杆的直杆段1’,直杆段1’外周面上具有向外突出的突出部2,鉴于此类的直杆段1’的设计,在加工过程中只能采用铸造的方法,先浇注出毛胚再进行加工,这样丝杆的性能就不稳定,如果才用棒料加工则材料浪费严重。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种丝杆。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种丝杆,包括螺纹段和直杆段,所述的直杆段沿其周面开设有凹槽。
优选地,所述的凹槽具有槽边、与所述的槽边相连接的槽底,所述的槽边与槽底的连接处呈直角。

如图3所示,本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于,槽边30与槽底31的的连接处呈圆角,相对于实施例一增加了接触面接,减小了丝杆转动时的扭矩。
