Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种螺栓套装置,为了降低成本以及避免塔段两端法兰孔在堆放或旋转过程中螺栓将孔挤压变形,现采用套管形式套在螺栓上并穿在法兰孔里面,利用套管与法兰孔直接接触保护法兰孔,且要求套管长度不能大于该法兰孔长度,材质为不锈钢,壁厚在2mm以上,两头须圆弧过渡(保证套管两头至少分别有10mm长度不与法兰孔表面直接接触)避免塔筒在堆放或转动过程中对法兰孔表面造成划伤或挤压。

背景技术
在现有的塔段制作工艺上,塔段两端法兰孔在旋转过程中螺栓容易将孔挤压变形。
实用新型内容
为解决以上问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种螺栓套装置,可以较好的解决上述问题。
本实用新型提供的技术方案如下:
一种螺栓套装置,包含螺母和螺栓,其特征在于:所述螺栓上套结有套管,所述套管包含设于中间的支撑管和设于两边的缓冲层,所述缓冲层设于支撑管两端,且缓冲层边缘从与支撑管接触点为起点向远离支撑管的另一面弧形弯曲设计,形成一个弧面,所述缓冲层的宽度大于10mm,所述支撑管的壁厚大于2mm。
从上述描述可知,本实用新型的优点在于:利用套管与法兰孔直接接触保护法兰孔,而两头须圆弧过渡避免转动过程中对法兰孔表面造成划伤。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种最基本的实施例,如图1所示,一种螺栓套装置,包含螺母3和螺栓1,所述螺栓1上套结有套管2,所述套管2包含设于中间的支撑管21和设于两边的缓冲层22,所述缓冲层22设于支撑管21两端,且缓冲层22边缘从与支撑管21接触点为起点向远离支撑管21的另一面弧形弯曲设计,形成一个弧面,所述缓冲层22的宽度大于10mm,所述支撑管21的壁厚大于2mm。
采用套管形式套在螺栓上并穿在法兰孔里面,利用套管与法兰孔直接接触保护法兰孔,且要求套管长度不能大于该法兰孔长度,材质为不锈钢,壁厚在2mm以上,两头须圆弧过渡避免转动过程中对法兰孔表面造成划伤。
