背景技术
现有运用于各类加工设备的送料机构在送料时，通常会因为直线式送料方式不够均匀而影响了原料的传输及加工，这样便影响了整体设备的工作效率，并且在后期维护上也耗费了大量的时间与人力。此外，在送料过程中缺少实时的阻隔板，使得部分原料出现漏撒现象，因此需要进行合理的改进。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有滚动式送料结构、有利于送料均匀传送、能够提高生产效率、可避免原料溅出的滚筒式导料装置，以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种滚筒式导料装置，包括送料滚轮座、滚筒体以及料斗，所述料斗固定于机架上，所述料斗上部两侧的斜坡上安装送料滚轮座，两侧的送料滚轮座之间设有滚筒体，位于滚筒体下方的两个送料滚轮座上分别设置一引料隔板。
本实用新型所述的滚筒式导料装置的有益效果为：通过于机体料斗上侧安装滚动式送料结构，可提高送料的均匀性，因此有利于提高加工质量与加工效率；通过设置引料隔板，可避免原料溅出。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的滚筒式导料装置，包括送料滚轮座3、滚筒体4以及料斗5，所述料斗5固定于机架8上，并且此料斗5一侧固定安装调节板6；此料斗5上部两侧的斜坡上安装送料滚轮座3，所述送料滚轮座3上安装有销轴2，销轴2外侧配有轴承组件1；两侧的送料滚轮座3之间设有滚筒体4，料斗5入口处安装端盖7；位于滚筒体4下方的两个送料滚轮座3上分别设置一引料隔板1用来阻挡原料飞溅，从而确保原料顺利进入料斗5内。

1.一种滚筒式导料装置，包括送料滚轮座(3)、滚筒体(4)以及料斗(5)，所述料斗(5)固定于机架(8)上，其特征在于：所述料斗(5)上部两侧的斜坡上安装送料滚轮座(3)，两侧的送料滚轮座(3)之间设有滚筒体(4)，位于滚筒体(4)下方的两个送料滚轮座(3)上分别设置一引料隔板(1)。
